First of all they held up my kitchen remodel with their lateness, then they threatened to not produce sink when I pressed them. Seams started appearing in the sink right away. Never called because didn't want to deal with their rudeness and defensiveness after that. Cracks around the drain started to appear next and now they are going across the whole sink. Only a matter of time before this sink totally disintegrates. Found out later from my cabinet maker that they had used them before and would not again. My countertops came from somebody up by Vassar. Thank goodness. Just pick somebody else.

We could actually pick out the slab of granite to order and when it was delivered to their fabrication facility, we could pick out which part of the slab we wanted for the countertops and which part for our island. This should have been a lot faster and easier but apparently there's only one person who can do this and this creates a real roadblock.

They got epoxy all over the exterior of our cupboards when installing the quartz. They broke my sink and when they finally installed the replacement sink they got black tar like adhesive all over the wall of my cupboards. They admitted their damage and attempted to clean it up with paint thinner which made it worse. They miscut a corner of the quartz by the dining room wall. Sent photo to owner of chip in quartz but me. Stein never got back to us. ZERO accountability for their incompetent installers.

They never mentioned this at all with out water with a snow storm brewing! Terrible communication on Gomez granite behalf! Who'da thunk they disconnect but don't reconnect! I'll be charging them for the plumbing installation nothing in the contract says I'll need a plumber after they're done! Mind you this was scheduled 3 weeks earlier! Poor communication!

My tops are shiny in the sunlight as well but for the rest of you, if you didn't happen to notice that your drawer or cupboard door doesn't show the same reveal under your countertop, then you didn't realize that you also ended up with poor craftsmanship. They cut my wall open to try and straighten the top with the cabinets and it still didn't fix the poor artisan capabilities that they just don't have. They refuse to admit that they made a mistake on all three tops and fix it like a real mechanic would. If you have time and money to go to court, then this company is surely for you
