A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!

I had a recent experience with Lamon that was completely unacceptable. I brought my car in after…read morehaving a mild parking lot fender bender. The original estimate was for $3800 ( which i thought was on the high side.) Well , by the time Lamon was finished, they had submitted 3 extra supplemental requests to my insurance company, and brought the new claim all the way up to $13,000! I strongly believe that they created additional work just so they could make more money. When I addressed my concerns to the sales rep, they explained that they " need to make money" and the only area that they can accomplish this goal is thru additional labor charges. When i dropped my car off, i told them that i needed to return the car as the lease was expiring. They estimated completion within 8 days. As it turned out, they had the car in for "repairs" for over 5 weeks. They even put in a last minute supplemental request to the insurance company 2 days before i was expecting to pick up the car. I was put in the uncomfortable position to have to call my insurance company to expedite this last repair approval. In essence, my car was being held hostage pending this last payment. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, the overall experience was very disturbing. I will never bring a car into Lamon in the future.

Every place I called they either didn't do body installations or they wanted to see the trucks to see if they can do the work. I was definitely calling all the wrong places. Either you do body installations or you don't. After so much struggle I found Hainesport Enterprises through a google search. They are located on Route 38 in Hainesport, NJ. The person I dealt with on the phone was one of the owners named Keith. He sounded confident and I decided to bring our trucks in. From the moment I stepped foot into their shop to the moment we left with our trucks I was completely satisfied and confident they would get the job done right and on time. A little about Hainesport Enterprises: They repair cars, trucks, vans, heavy duty trucks and specialized/custom trucks. They have an auto body shop for both cars and trucks. Federal inspections for trucks can be done here also. They have the best welders in all of south jersey. They install van bodies, refrigerated bodies and literally any type of truck body you can imagine. Repairs and custom work are their specialty. Tired and Rims can be done here as well. Want a lift gate installed? Not a problem. This place is truly a one stop shop. Need parts? They have a parts department with any part you could need. If not in stock they will order it for you. Tool boxes can be installed as well. Cab and chassis painting. They did a great job on our trucks. The work is professional and everyone there is friendly. A little about one of the owners, Keith. He is one of the most detail oriented owner of a shop I've ever met. He is hands on and present at the shops everyday! They are closed on Sunday by the way. Keith paid close attention to all the work we needed. Step by step and anything we needed he never said no. Now you have to keep in mind that the work will not be cheap. If you want cheap shoddy work just to save a buck then pay big time down the road this is not that kind of place. They charge accordingly to the work that they do.
