The doctor took time and seemed very thorough BUT there was NO follow through at all. Many calls,…read morenothing. They kept my vaccine cards and never returned them after promises over and over to mail. 3 weeks later I called about same, was placed on hold and waited a VERY long time--and was disconnected. No follow thru on appointments/studies either. Supposedly ordered but no calls from Castle as they said would happen. One test needed changing due to LEGIT medical reasons that could cause me HARM--and he refused, insisting on the test he ordered even though I am not supposed to get ANY more radiation exposure.THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES THAT ARE JUST AS GOOD--check the medical journals many studies, Doc!. So, the doc seems OK but the follow thru is NONexistent. So--NOPE.

His office staff is pretty awesome too! Connie... who is one of the first faces who welcomes you when you enter the office is always wearing a big smile, is very kind and helpful especially... and then there's Monica... who went above and beyond the call to make a wrong, right! She was very helpful with solving a problem that my husband has been experiencing with his cpap machine. What she did was very important for my husband and his health and in the long run he will definitely come out ahead because of it. My hat goes off to you Monica... mahalo for all you did for us! Patiently looking forward to the new machine. D n' D

I've had a pleasant experience to date with Dr. Suleiman and his practice…read more It's not exactly as if I've seen lots of sleep doctors - you see one and that's it. But I'm glad my primary care doctor referred me here for possible sleep apnea instead of a bigger medical group or one of those online tele-sales clinics. I got the feeling that Dr. Sulieman really enjoys his job working with patients. He took an unhurried time to listen, consult, ask about concerns and my medical history, and patiently explain to me the science of sleeping, physiology, and how it relates to overall wellness and medical condition. It made me feel respected and well cared for. The office is pretty homey, lived in decor despite being in a multi-story medical building with killer views of nearby mountain cliffs. Pulse and blood pressure devices you could buy for yourself instead of a sci fi bank of blinking machines, it reminded me of going to my family doctor when I was a child. Since then I've dealt exclusively with staff and nurses, but they have been fine too. Very sweet and personable. Turns out I do have a mild case, enough to warrant one of those air pressure devices you hook up like a scuba diver all night long, which came by parcel from an affiliated supplier. It helped a lot from day one, and was no trouble getting used to. People describe health experiences as a journey, and this one started out stress-free, comfortable, and well treated. Starting out on the right foot, as they say, it makes the whole experience better. You can call me Scuba Gil now.
