Great experience with First Coast! I recently purchased a new house with pool equipment I was…read moreunfamiliar with as it differed from prior house. I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

Some before and after pictures to show what this man had to do for me to get this job done. He went…read moreabove and beyond to do what NEEDED to be done. Bad leaks around my steps made it impossible to keep the pool full and over time the older liner was trashed. New liner installed, refreshed resealed the stepz, painted the deck. Most importantly, we had a ground water problem that required us to install a proper dewatering system near the main drain of the pool to help make sure there was no ground water in the bottom of the pool. It's a big deal to me when getting involved in a big project to know that the person handling it has what's best for YOU in mind, and not what's best for their wallet. Dan truly made us feel like he cared about doing what was right for us. Now we can enjoy our pool and create memories as a family. Thank you, Dan!!

Said they would "evaluate" any parts that may need to be replaced. Evaluate apparently means start…read morereplacing parts hoping you get to the one that fixes it. In my case they replaced a Thermister ($158, $15 on Amazon)), didn't fix it, then the high-limit switch (($120, $14 on amazon), didn't fix it. I told the tech that Pich-a-penny said the inline temp sensor was likely the issue ($179, $29 on amazon) that fixed it. Still charged me for not needed parts. When the heater started heating tech left instead of waiting for it to reach high temp, heater again failed and I had to call and complain to get him back. He had not calibrated the temp sensor. Terrible approach to solving problems. Could have installed bench parts to find the problem, if that is not it put my parts back in. Didn't leave my old parts either.
