I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

New pool installation: 16x32…read more This review is my experience with the contractor Bey Pools who completed a new pool at our property. The project started March-7 completed by June-12. This project started off on a good note with weekly communication on each step during process. The minute I had conversation with the contractor about our concerns is when communication started to break down. This is when you think back that a paying customer should be heard and is usually correct especially when you're spending north of 60k just for the pool.. not pavers or electrical, however this wasn't the case. There was tension throughout the remaining pool install all the way up to the cleaning process. I'm very big on if you tell a person you're going to do something then you do it even if you don't want to, you accepted the job. We already have issues with plaster chipping on the pool floor, which I was told it would be good for 10years or more- Hmmmm!!!! All payments were made on time and even before some of the steps were completed. The pool was suppose to be cleaned for 30days since the contractor chose not to acid wash the plaster when his crew completed it. We now have spots at the bottom of our brand new pool which we will have to have someone else come to fix because I don't trust the warranty since it wasn't done correctly in the first place. Different new young strangers walking straight through our screened-in living room and TV area, propping the door wide open and leaving it that way. One time they left the door open long enough for our pet to escape into the alligator-filled river in our backyard. Another visit, they serviced the filter but never put the top back on. The lid blew off like a rocket, could've taken someone's head off, and our pool nearly drained completely. That caused thousands in damage, and they never paid a dime. We got a half a** apology at Best. In writing. The previous owner of my home had just replaced the pump, but almost immediately they came back saying I needed to replace it again. Then within a couple months they insisted I had to replace the light too. I can't even count how many thousands of dollars I gave them, only to end up with even more thousands in damage they caused and refused to fix. We finally switched to Tropical Pools, and they've been awesome. If you're looking for pool service, stay far away from Golden Eagle."
