Recently, we had an issue with our pool pump and needed to have it replaced. The service team went above and beyond to help us out and get everything taken care of. They kept us informed, answered our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. It was such a relief to have the issue handled so quickly and smoothly, especially before a holiday weekend. It's hard to find that kind of customer service these days, and I really appreciate knowing when something comes up with our pool. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our pool!

I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

I am a landlord living in California with my rental property in Orange Park, FL, so needless to say peace of mind with a company is exactly what I want. The start up initial appointment was wonderful, Donald was very communicative through email and phone call. Fast forward two months and I receive a long text message from my tenants informing me the pool service has not been there in two months (my tenants are retired so they are home all day everyday to see that nobody has shown up) Thankfully my tenants were able to tend to the pool themselves although they should not have to seeing as a portion of their rent is meant to be spent on pool service. My tenant informs me she has called multiple times with no response, and I myself also have not received a response email to a chemical question from over a month ago (I assumed business & email is checked less than phone calls). So i call this afternoon to no response, I search vigorously online in search for another phone number other than Donald's cell phone.... nothing. Google reviews confirm my fears that many of his other customers have been "ghosted" while blinding paying for services that were not completed or done whatsoever. With no contact information available I am now forced to open a dispute fraudulent investigation against Donald Eldridge and OP Pool Services to get my $250 refunded back to me for the last two months of service not completed. Regardless of the reason for this company "ghosting" it is absolutely unacceptable for a company of 35 years to not inform it's customers of changes made resulting in services not completed. Not like you will be able to get ahold of anyone, but DO NOT sign up for this company's services. And if you have experienced this same problem I suggest you open up the dispute for any charges with your bank to get a refund because it doesn't look like this company has any plan to refund its customers.

He left all my pool supplies out in the rain. He did not finish the job and is now asking for $500 to complete it. I have 2 lights that are pre-threaded and easy to install. I was happy when he said he would do it included in the $350 opening charge. When confronted he flipped out and is nastily texting and calling me repeatedly. Anyone who wants the texts can have them. New pool installation: 16x32…read more This review is my experience with the contractor Bey Pools who completed a new pool at our property. The project started March-7 completed by June-12. This project started off on a good note with weekly communication on each step during process. The minute I had conversation with the contractor about our concerns is when communication started to break down. This is when you think back that a paying customer should be heard and is usually correct especially when you're spending north of 60k just for the pool.. not pavers or electrical, however this wasn't the case. There was tension throughout the remaining pool install all the way up to the cleaning process. I'm very big on if you tell a person you're going to do something then you do it even if you don't want to, you accepted the job. We already have issues with plaster chipping on the pool floor, which I was told it would be good for 10years or more- Hmmmm!!!! All payments were made on time and even before some of the steps were completed. The pool was suppose to be cleaned for 30days since the contractor chose not to acid wash the plaster when his crew completed it. We now have spots at the bottom of our brand new pool which we will have to have someone else come to fix because I don't trust the warranty since it wasn't done correctly in the first place. I could go on but will close with this. Integrity, honesty, being humble, compassionate, is a thing of the past. Orange Park Florida
