It took an AAA insurance referred Contractor nearly a year to rehab my 10' x 15' kitchen. As homeowners in the City of Gardena we were approved for the Rehabilitation Home Improvement Program. When my husband and I first met Nathan, it was an immediate connection. His spirit resonated with us! We prayed that he would be selected for our project and our prayers were answered. He and his crew are humble, honest, and respectful men. I am so thankful for Nathan and his crew. Everything Earline S wrote is so true and spot on regarding Nathan and his workers. Through out our project Nathan was hands on and visited several times a day. He even provided lunch for his workers. He didn't skimp on material quality. Unlike my kitchen contractor, Nathan took us to the stores to pick out our items such as flooring, tile, faucets, vanity and paint. He finished multi-rooms and outdoor projects including roofing and painting entire home in 45 days. He started 3-30-26 & final inspection was 5-6-26. On 8-1-26, Nathan still responds to my calls to fix the sink in the vanity that was not his doing. On 8-18-26, He sent his worker to replace a missing shelf in my medicine cabinet.
