After a car accident, I was in constant pain--headaches, neck, shoulders, and back pain made me feel like I'd never be the same. Then I found Dr. Mosca, and everything changed! His care, expertise, and attention to detail helped me more than anything else I tried. Thanks to him, I truly feel like I have my life back and for the first time, I have hope that I can reclaim my life and reengage in joyful activities. I also feel more confident moving my body again because he took the time to educate me, nobody does that anymore! Dr. Mosca isn't just a chiropractor--he's a true healer and educator. He doesn't just rely on your typical "snap, crackle, pop" approach. He uses advanced myofascial techniques that target the root of the problem, not just the symptoms, coupled with manipulation when clinically appropriate (sometimes using the Activator Method). His methods are powerfully unique! Every session felt intentional, therapeutic, and deeply restorative. He is thorough and focused on real healing--not just temporary relief. Dr. Mosca took the time to understand my injuries and tailor a treatment plan that worked. I can move again, sleep better, and live without the daily discomfort I thought I'd have to accept. And a huge shoutout to Rosie, his assistant--she's an absolute gem! Warm, welcoming, and always friendly, she made every appointment feel like I was walking into a place that genuinely cared. If you're dealing with pain and searching for someone who can actually help, Dr. Mosca is the one. I can't recommend him enough. read more

Best chiropractor ever! I was in extreeeeeeeme pain with my neck and shoulder - unlike anything I've ever experienced - and Dr. Tom and his wonderful front desk person Rosie got me in the same day. He spent over an hour treating me and after my follow up, I feel so much better!! He treats his patients with respect, compassion and knowledge, explaining everything as he makes his adjustments and does bodywork.. I highly recommend him and won't be going any place else! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom's for about 6 years now. I was referred by a friend who was constantly singing his praises. I finally got into his office and man do I wish I started seeing him sooner! Dr Tom's initial exam is very comprehensive and he is very good at explaining things to you. He even found an issue with my hip that I didn't even realize I had. That first appointment was life-changing, and I've been seeing him regularly ever since. I don't know what I'd do without Dr Tom. Not only is he a great chiropractor, but just a really wonderful person in general. If you are debating making an appointment, do it and you'll be glad you did. read more

Dr. Tom is compassionate and skilled. I've referred friends, family, and they all recommend his practice. Dr. Tom has kept me healthy after sitting behind a desk for 40 years. I'm 66 years old and I'm still lifting weights and getting my steps in. read more

This is a very long overdue review. I started seeing Dr Tom years ago when I was rear ended. Immediately, you're hit with a very personable and friendly man. He doesn't just get you in and push you out. He takes the time to assess what is wrong and work on those areas. He doesn't put a band aid on it and then tell you to come back so he can get as much money out of you as possible. He actually tries to fix the problem. Because of this, the wait may be a little longer than other Chiropractors but trust me, he is worth the wait. His receptionist Rosie, is absolutely wonderful. They make a great team together. I would recommend Dr Mosca for anyone looking to get adjusted, fix any issues they may be having with their back/neck etc. In my opinion, he is the best in the Bay Area. Hands down. read more

I have been a patient of DR Tom's for about 16 years now and there is not another Chiropractor like him. He is not a "crack and go" Chiropractor, he also does deep tissue work to actually help you with your issues. He fixed damage I had from going to "crack and go" Chiropractors before finding DR Tom. I strongly suggest DR Tom if you want a great Chiropractor!! read more

I have known Dr Tom for over thirty 30 and have been seeing him as my chiropractor for that time also. I cannot say enough for his bedside attention to detail and great technique to back and neck adjustments. read more

I have been seen by Dr Tom Mosca for over a decade. He has helped me through a number of back and neck issues. Always ready to help and dedicated to his patience. Although he is generally booked up from early morning through into the evening, it's worth getting on his calendar! read more

I have been going to Dr Tom for about 11 years and he is absoluetly the best. He is very generous with his time and caring towards his patients. He spends the entire time working on you himself, no assistants or machines hooked up to you. He works hard loosening the tight muscles and then adjusting your spine/neck as needed. I always go back to him when I feel the tension in my back/neck, and most recently, I almost went thru a knee surgery but thought twice about it, and started sessions with Dr Tom again and so far so good, my knee pain is much reduced over 3 weeks, and I hope I do not have to do any surgery as a result of the work he is doing on my lower back/hip/thigh all the way to the knee. I can't say enough about how great he is. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I only would recommend him as I met him after trying a few others and he is the best... read more

So I have been to a lot of Chiropractors in my life. And Dr. Tom is by far the best there is. I have been seeing Dr. Tom for several years now and find him to be the most caring and complete. So many Chiro's today just do a 5 minute adjust and go approach, not Dr. Tom. He does not hook you up to some machine and leave you...he stays with you the entire 20 -30 minute session. So you have to wait now and again but he is so worth it! He does deep tissue massage - tissue work at the same time of your adjustment. The last of the real healers. Recently, I had a fall at work and got hurt pretty badly. The insurance required me to see their doctor. This guy was ok as far as chiro's go, but after 1 year I ended up settling with the insurance for a partial disability. The insurance doc just could not get me any better. I had lost movement in my neck and shoulders and lived in constant pain in my hips. After the settlement was received I booked a visit with Dr. Tom for ongoing maintenance care. In one visit Dr. Tom had CORRECTED my neck, ONE VISIT! I am not exaggerating. I could not turn my neck completely when I walked in and walked out with full rotation. What the heck!! And after a few more the pain in my hip is better. I cannot say enough about Dr. Tom. I am surprised he does not have a lot more reviews actually. I think the people of Los Gatos are carefully guarding their secret, the magic of Dr. Tom Mosca! I for one will never see any one else! Thank you Dr. Tom! read more

Truly is there anything better than a health professional who truly cares about your overall well being, who looks beyond their particular focus to help you heal, and who takes the time needed to treat you properly rather than watching the clock or dinging you for every minute your appointment goes over if you need a bit more time? I think not. Dr. Tom does a *comprehensive* first visit - not just asking about what brought you in, but looking at your posture, how your joints move, and electronic tests to check how tight your muscles are. He asks about your lifestyle, your history, and your goals. I went to Dr. Tom when pain in my shoulder got so bad I couldn't sleep on my right side at all. His first exam showed me exactly what the issue was, and we discussed how to work to fix it so that I wouldn't be a total invalid after 10 more years of untreated mis-alignment. I was able to see even more clearly the issues with my daughter's spine when he did her initial consultation - being able to see the problems, and have them described makes a huge difference when committing to getting healthy through treatments and lifestyle changes. The office has free valet parking since the parking lot is a TAD small for the number of businesses, Dr. Tom's office admin Rosie is an absolute doll, and the office is always clean and comfortable. I just wish they were located at the other end of Santa Cruz Ave - driving down the main strip from the freeway is a drag - especially during lunchtime or the holidays! read more

Dr. Tom is the BEST! I've been seeing him off & on for several years now and he continues to provide *excellent* adjustments. He truly cares about his patients and goes above & beyond to get you feeling great. He won't just spend 5-10 min. on you (unless that's all you truly need) and send you on your way. Each visit, he asks if you've had any pain. If you do, he will focus on those areas to make you feel better. He's also very personable. He not only cares about your physical well-being but also how you're doing, in general. He's super easy to chat with, listens to all your concerns and is just a great guy =). Rosie, who works in the front office for him, is also fantastic! She's professional but also loves to chat. She's wonderful at squeezing you in to Dr. Tom's schedule if you're in a lot of pain for at least a quick visit. Dr. Tom is a busy man but there's a reason why he is - his patients love him! They make a great team =). I'm lucky to have found them through my bf... You MUST see Dr. Tom for your chiropractic care, you won't be disappointed! read more

Dr. Mosca is awesome! I had unbearable pain in my hand when I saw him. In his first visit, he listened carefully to all the details about the pain, explained me his diagnosis and gave me an excellent overview of spine anatomy. And since then in every visit, his thorough approach is helping me get better week by week. I haven't seen Rosie in person, but I have called her up to schedule/reschedule/cancel/re-reschedule and all, so may times, and she has been great keeping up with it. read more

I've been seeing him thru three major moves. From Los Altos, twice to here in Los Gatos. He is really worth the travel and the wait. He can run late, but when you need the extra time, you get it. Gentle, professional and compassionate. "You've seen the rest, now see the best." read more

I Go Every Week Would Not Change This For The World ! He has shown me how to take care of my back , I feel that everyone should as they would say so too. I have been seeing Dr. Tom for over 20 years. He is by far the best Chiropractor I have seen. He has gotten me moving again after really injuring my back. It is a small office which is really nice, feels very welcoming and not 'clinic-y'. His office manager/receptionist is awesome. Very friendly, always informative, answers any questions and always has a smile! read more

I was recommended by a co worker to see Dr. Tom, my first appt with him was about 2 hours long and so incredibly through. He doesn't just adjust and crack your back, he works on the whole body to get down to the root of your problems. Here I am sitting at 9 months pregnant and still seeing him once a week, and I feel brand new every time I walk out of there. I have kaiser insurance, which he doesn't take, so I pay out of pocket... let me just tell you, it's WELL WORTH IT! read more

Dr. Mosca is, no question, the best chiropractor I have ever seen. I have been a very active competitive and recreational athlete all my life. I've also had minor to not-so-minor back pain that has sidelined me at times. I have been seeing him over a year and he has helped me immensely. I am pain free and at full force at age 41. I do lots of Crossfit, and his treatment allows me to work out full speed again. His approach is unique in that he doesn't just adjust you and send you on your way. He actually mobilizes the deep tissue and breaks up scarring and adhesions. That is what sets up the long term healing and structural change. I have seen over a dozen chiros in my life and none come close. His deep tissue remodeling approach combined with his diagnostic ability are what make him so great. read more

Dr. Mosca is a man dedicated to his practice and to his patients. From my first appointment with him, I could tell he took a genuine interest in my well being. He spent the first hour explaining the spine to me and why his treatment differs from other chiropractors. Dr. Mosca's treatment is different in that he invests the time to correct, not temporarily fix, long term issues. In addition to being a skilled chiropractor, he has certifications in muscle therapy which allows him to take your treatment a level beyond what most chiropractors are capable of doing. Before I started seeing Dr. Tom, I had endured 4 years of consistent lower back pain. After only a few visits, I no longer had the aches in my back that had historically interfered with my day to day life. If you've been experiencing any sort of pain from soreness to stiffness, do yourself a huge favor and book an appointment with Dr. Tom. You'll only wish you had done it sooner... read more

Dr. Mosca Was just great. I'm very cautious with chiropractors but he explained everything thoroughly and helped me feel very comfortable with everything he was doing. He's been practicing for a long time and is well-versed as well as loves what he does. Very grateful that I found him and will continue to use him every time I'm in town. read more

I found Dr. Tom by complete luck. At the time I had Kaiser and had been in a car accident which was causing lower back pain and spasms. I went to Kaiser numerous times over a 6 month period and they said it would go away and to take Vicodin in the meantime. 6 months later pain was only intensified and I didn't want to take Vicodin anymore. I had gotten to the point where I couldn't turn my head or body I was in so much pain. I started researching and decided that acupuncture or chiropractic might help. I chose chiropractic (since I'm afraid of needles!) and literally started searching the Yellow Pages for a Chiropractor (I know not the best way to look for a doctor, but I was 21 or so and didnt know any better). I started calling doctors trying to get in ASAP. Most said it would be several days to the following week. Then I called Dr. Toms office. His receptionist was very understanding and took my name and said she'd call me back in a few minutes. The receiptionist called me back about 20 minutes later and said she had spoken to Dr. Tom and he would stay late that afternoon so I could come in. (That's the type of person he is he'll stay late because you need help and are in pain). I went and I wouldn't say I was instantly fixed, but I had a noticeable improvement. Within 2 weeks and a few appointments all my pain was gone. I have been going to Dr. Tom ever since. The thing about Dr. Tom is he is a doctor who truly cares about his patients and it shows. He knows everyone (and he has a lot of clients) by name, knows what you like, your family, whatever you tell him. You can tell he truly cares and that goes a long way with me. I will say he tends to run 10-15 minutes late (if you come in the afternoon/evening) and that is because he never "times" his appointments. If you come in and are in pain or have a pain, he will give you extra time and attention to fully address your issue and not just rush you out the door. That's why I never mind waiting when I've needed the extra time I know his other patients understand...we've all been there at one point. I've never been to another Chirpractor so I can't compare, but I can't imagine another doctor who truly cares as much as Dr. Tom...he is fantastic. read more

Dr. Tom is awesome! He's the only chiropractor I've ever been or ever will go to. He helped me after a whiplash injury. He really cares about his patients, and is great at putting the nervous patient at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Tom Mosca! read more

I've been seeing dr Mosca since May initially because of an auto accident. He is simply the best! His adjustments are great, he really pushes down on my muscles to loosen it to get out the bad tissues and cracks my back & neck. Ever since I've been seeing him, I feel better than I ever have. It was when I was changing lanes one day and how far I can turn my head to see if there is another car is when I realized how much my body/ muscles have changed since I've been seeing dr Mosca. Rose, who works in the front is so nice and she always has a smile on when I come into the office. I highly recommend dr Mosca!! read more

Dr. Tom is a lifesaver. I have been going to chiropractors since I was 14 and none have given me such a complete treatment. Dr. Mosca understands that the skeletal system is intimately related to so many other parts of the body and his treatment reflects that. His location is convenient for me as a resident of the Island of Los Gatos/Saratoga. Rosie, his admin, is very friendly and Dr. Tom is a great conversationalist which helps to divert your attention from the loud pops from the adjustments. If you are one of those people who is skeptical of Chiropractors then I suggest you go see Dr. Mosca. Our first appointment lasted an hour as he explained his approach and philosophy, areas he treats and the numerous benefits of his trade. Dr. Mosca is a skilled and consumate professional. read more

Dr. Tom is hands down the best Chiropractor in the south bay area. I've seen plenty of others and no body compares. His hands on approach and time that he invest with his patience makes the difference that sets him apart. I came to Dr. Tom by chance after suffering a serious L5 back injury in 2006. He took me in and began the long process of breaking down many years of scar tissue in my back as well as treating me for the L5 injury. It was a long process to fix the problems which had insurance issues etc... but Dr. Tom stood by my side through it all and did not waver with the treatment. Dr. Tom doesn't use gimmicks or machines like a lot of other chiropractors prefer. He is straight up hands on, deep tissue massage prior to adjusting every time. His ability to find every kink is unmatched, the man is on top of his game. He comes highly recommended!!! read more

I had been suffering with debilitating carpal tunnel symptoms for over a year with severe numbness and tingling in my right hand when my hand was raised higher than shoulder level for longer than 30 seconds and for the first few hours every day after waking up. It impacted every area of my life including simple activities like working out, drying my hair and trying to reach a high shelf item in the grocery store. After trying physical therapy, transdermal patches, acupuncture, acupressure, rigid and flexible braces, and expensive compounded topical pharmaceuticals with still no relief from my symptoms, the only option left was surgery. A friend then referred me to Dr. Mosca who is so much more than a chiropractor! He is caring and committed to your holistic good health and with a specific treatment plan for my symptoms, including some adjustments but mostly soft tissue work, I am now 90% symptom free and I have my life back! His office has a friendly vibe with Rosie at the front desk who keeps everything humming. Thanks Dr. Mosca ! Nancy C read more

Dr. Tom is an exceptional healer. I have been to various chiropractors over the years due to moves and I can honestly say no one is better then Dr. Tom. I have been going to him off and on for 15 years and always seem to find my way back to him. He spends 15-20 minutes on his adjustments. He doesn't rush through your session just to get to the next patient. Which is why, at times, he runs a little behind schedule. But he is well worth the wait. In each session he: - Evaluates your body, tension, alignment - Performs deep tissue work prior to each adjustment - Ensures each vertebrae is in alignment before letting you go He has really become part of my family. My husband and I both drive from San Francisco to be treated. And my parents have become patients recently. He is so kind and caring. They just don't make doctors like him anymore. I highly recommend him. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw Dr. Mosca for four visits. At each visit, I had to wait an average of 40 minutes to see him. His receptionist at the time, was, to put it bluntly, a floozy. I was never sent a bill. And was under the impression that my co-pays and insurance were sufficient to cover all charges. I received a bill from them almost a year and a half later, saying if I did not pay in 10 days it would go to collections!! I was now covered by a different insurer and trying to figure out what had been paid, etc. going back and forth with Blue Cross, not an easy process. Well apparently I was not quick enough, it was sent to a collection agency which has now done serious damage to my credit. What a terrible way to run a business, I am really disgusted by his business practices. read more
