I asked him to please stay in touch with me regarding schedule, and he was faithful to do this. Tim was always courteous and professional. He was more than willing to work with my extremely busy schedule. If you talk to him and let him know what you need, he will work with you, and he's very nice about it. He's a busy guy, but well worth the time it takes to have him work on your project. He asked me for pictures of the job, he was very open about the estimated costs involved. He was also very honest with me about his schedule and the time frame needed to complete the job, and he came up with great solutions to the potential problems on the job. The work he did was Fantastic!! I didn't want to throw out my old mirrors, I wanted to upcycle them. Tim made this possible and the project looks Fantastic. This project cost me way less than replacing the mirrors too. I would happily recommend Tim and Noblesville Handyman for any handyman projects in Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, or any other cities TIm serves. They immediately scheduled a return appointment, and Tom came back out and went over the two rooms again. As before, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Tom did an excellent job re-cleaning the carpets, especially the extremely stubborn ink stain, which he was able to improve significantly. The rest of the carpet looked great as well. Overall, they are good people who stand behind their work and genuinely care about making things right for their customers.
