I was told that they couldn't refill my medicine unless I came into the office because I hadn't been there since November. So I used MD Live to get refills because I was going out of town and couldn't go in. I called yesterday to make my appointment and told them that I needed to come in for refills on my medicine because they wouldn't fill it. They asked me who prescribed it and I said Jennifer Pope. They made me an appointment with her. My appointment was this morning at 8:30. I waited 40 mins to get called back. When I get back there I confirm that I need refills with the nurse. I also told her that my ear is bothering me and I might have an ear infection that I'd like the doctor to look at it. Then I was put through a depression survey. Nurse leaves then the doctor comes in. She told me that she can only give me a 30 day supply because Doctor Bell requires labs and an annual exam to obtain your refills. I stated that the office staff never explained that and I have basically wasted my time today and I would've made an appointment for what was required for the refills. She apologized and said she would find out why that happened with the office staff. She left the room. I realized that she didn't look at my ear and stepped out and told the nurse. The nurse came back and said that she was already with another patient. I said I can wait. Then she mentioned that I need to come back for my annual and I cut her off and said no, I won't be waiting for my ear to be looked at until my next appointment and I wasn't going to leave until she did. Nurse leaves. I hear whispering in the hall and what sounds like then she can wait. Enter the office manager. She begins to explain to me their annual exam requirements etc. I cut her off and tell her that isn't why I am upset. I'm upset because I told the nurse I needed my ear looked at and was told I that I needed to make another appointment because she doesn't have time. Mind you the doctor wasn't in my room longer than 3 minutes and I offered to wait and I had told the nurse about my ear before the doctor came in. She went out of the room to find out the situation from the nurse. I heard them whispering about what the timeline was when I asked about the doctor looking at my ear. Then I waited for 10 more minutes and nobody came back. As I sat there it dawned on me that the office manager had said that it was in November that I had seen Dr. Bell and had an annual which means that it hasn't even been a year since my last. I decided that I didn't want those people looking at my ear and would find a competent doctor with a competent staff that hopefully will give a crap about their patients.

I reviewed and updated My Chart and checked in online, so I didn't have to do it in the office; I only had to pay my co-pay. I had an address correction on My Chart, and after that was done, I waited only a few minutes before I was called back for my appointment with Dr Adrien DiVittorio. After taking my weight, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, the nurse asked the usual questions about changes in medications and issues I've had since my last visit. After summarizing what I needed to discuss with Dr. DiVittorio, I waited until he arrived. Dr. DiVittorio had already reviewed My Chart updates and the summary, so we got right to him asking questions and changing medication to get better results. I was given a sample inhaler to start on and will follow up with the nurse practitioner in four months to see how I do on the new regimen. I like how Diagnostic and Medical Clinic and Dr. Adrien DiVittorio's Office work. Their system is very efficient. The time you have with the doctor is the limitation Medicare gives him, not what the doctor chooses to provide you with.

Then she started to give us hostile and rude attitude. A lady seating next to her, told her the time slot was open, so that's indicative the appointment was changed We sat down to wait to be called, we could hear the rude lady talking about us. They called us and put us in a room for one hour and a half so we couldn't see they were taking other patients ahead of us. The Dr. came in and rushed the visit, the Dr. was noticiable upset because they had to fit us in the schedule. Overall was bad and so disappointing.

I did as I was directed and the employee at the doctors' office didn't seem to be willing to help me. I hung up the phone and waited two and a half hours before calling the pharmacy and was told that the prescription was never called in. Now the doctors' office as well as the pharmacy are both closed and I will have another night of not getting any relief. Doctors! I got my hard headed husband to the ER after his complaints of SOB and chest pain. The front…read moreregistration was wonderful and the triage nurse came and took him immediately back. They had a code blue almost immediately after we got there so I tried to give grace. My husband was placed on machines and an IV started . They ran cardiac labs and his troponin levels were fine and EKG and he had elevated BP the whole time. He has extensive cardiac family history on both sides . We were discharged after they gave Zofran and morphine saying it wasn't cardiac related it was just high BP. When I questioned this I was told it's high BP not cardiac, I'm not sure when we stopped treating high BP as a cardiac issue but ok. I questioned if there was anything else they could do like possibly CT was told no to go home and take BP meds. At DC my husband was still having active chest pain andhis BP was 155/106. We got in with the cardiologist as recommended and awaiting further testing. So for almost 2 weeks my husband has continued to have chest pain but refuses to go to another ER as the last one did nothing for him.
