He couldn't fix my washing machine the first time as he had to order a part. Well he ordered the part then never came by to install it. My place is an Airbnb so every day my washing machine is broken is another day I can't rent it. Needless to say weeks went by of no shows and excuses. Then he just disappeared. I finally hired a PROFESSIONAL company who came out, diagnosed it, ordered the parts AND fixed it. The company also said the original diagnosis was wrong. I was kind and patient until he disappeared. Never again.

Weather Masters Plumbing LLC was sent out to my newly rented home in Maricopa this summer. Knowing…read morethis was an irrigation issue and not a plumbing issue, I was not at all surprised when Brent was unable to resolve the issue. But here is where Brent's true nature shined through... Despite being unable to fix the irrigation issue, Brent noticed that there was a large amount of water flowing through the house, even after the irrigation was shut off. I imagine many plumbers wouldn't even have looked to see if this was happening once they realized they couldn't fix the issue they were dispatched to resolve. Brent took the time to walk around the property to see if there was a noticeable leak and then spoke to me about water running in the home. (There was no *known* water running at that time.) Needless to say, I was more than a little panicked! I had only moved into the home just shy of two weeks earlier. I hadn't noticed any leaks, but I had reported strange seemingly plumbing related noises on the day I moved in. Once he received approval from my landlord to enter the home to determine what was causing so much water to be flowing through the house, Brent very quickly recognized that the noises were related to a water softener. In a short amount of time, he found that there had been a water softener installed in the crawl space above the garage and that this water softener had been removed without properly capping the pipes. (Or something along those lines. I'm not a plumber. Ask Brent. ) Brent turned the water off to the home, per my request, and then finally received approval to return two days later to fix the problem and restore the water flow to the home. Were it not for Brent and the confidence he instilled in me, this would have been an even more stressful situation for me. Brent was the absolute best plumber that could have been sent out to my home. I'm sure the other plumbers at Weather Masters are wonderful, but I'm not sure that any of them can hold a candle to Brent. I will literally never forget him and will recommend Weather Masters Plumbing LLC to anyone who will listen.

I don't know where to start. When we bought the unit, they offered to throw in a cleaning on our…read moreold unit. It's 10 years old, so that seemed like a good idea. The tech came out, was not friendly at all, he went up in the attic for 45 minutes. At one point I heard him on the phone complaining about the job. Came down and told me he couldn't do the job. He then had the nerve to ask me for the final payment. I told him I wasn't paying until the job was complete. He got angry at me and stormed out. Fast forward a couple months into the peak heat of the summer, the unit takes a really long time to start cooling. I timed it, starts blowing air at 97 degrees, takes 2.5 minutes just to blow air at room temperature, then 7.5 minutes to reach the coolest air. Runs for another 2.5 minutes and shuts off. Repeats this cycle every ten minutes. Hardly seems efficient for the most efficient, most expensive unit they sell. I called three times last week to discuss with the service manager to see if something seemed wrong to him. I was told each time they were short staffed and he was in the field. I called again yesterday and got the same story. I was told the best way to ensure I could speak with him was to schedule a service appointment. The only time they had available was 3-7 pm today. Got a text at 6 pm saying the same tech I had all the issues was on his way. WTH?!? They're happy to sell you a unit and take your money, but their service leaves a lot to be desired!
