I declined the offer because i already don't feel like they care about me (as i explained my situation and how it wasn't my fault and that it's been requested by my mental health provider) and it's just a business trying to fill their calendar to make money.

The two ladies at the dental check-in desk were amazing -- warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. One may have been in training, but you couldn't even tell. They both made a great first impression. Seth, the dental hygienist, was phenomenal with my 16-year-old daughter. He made her feel so comfortable and relaxed, and without even knowing it, he inspired her even more to pursue her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. She was so tuned in to the positive atmosphere and said she absolutely loved the entire experience, from check-in to care to check-out. I've been a patient of Johnson Health Center since I was a kid. While there have been ups and downs over the years, the Dental Team and the GYN/OB office continue to be exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and truly patient-centered. I left shamed and suicidal. Actually thoughts of driving my car T-bone style into a line of traffic at a busy stop light T intersection. "Pause when Agitated" came to mind from my 12-Step program training of 46+ years. They had not encouraged me over the years to get a 3rd colonoscopy after I had postponed it to help a friend with his recovery from addiction. Of course it's my responsibility ... But please ... I have always been able to get in when I have an emergency and am sick. Dr. Kleiner has kept watch over my health for years and has referred me to a specialist when necessary. The doctors there have always taken the time on a visit to get to the bottom of problems and treat them. With regard to communication, I believe they do their best and do as well as any other busy office place. I am now using my Portal to communicate better.
