It's a 2 hr round trip each time only to get rejected! I have gotten both covid shots already but, they would NOT give me reasonable ADA accommodations due to having Restricted Lung Disease! I have always been able to get in when I have an emergency and am sick. Dr. Kleiner has kept watch over my health for years and has referred me to a specialist when necessary. The doctors there have always taken the time on a visit to get to the bottom of problems and treat them. With regard to communication, I believe they do their best and do as well as any other busy office place. I am now using my Portal to communicate better.

I left shamed and suicidal. Actually thoughts of driving my car T-bone style into a line of traffic at a busy stop light T intersection. "Pause when Agitated" came to mind from my 12-Step program training of 46+ years. They had not encouraged me over the years to get a 3rd colonoscopy after I had postponed it to help a friend with his recovery from addiction. Of course it's my responsibility ... But please ... Just the thing a staff nurse and doctor should note and comment about, with some enthusiasm. I'm now being treated for early stage Colorectal Cancer. I'm also looking for a new doctor's office ... Especially since they did not call me back to discuss my issues after deciding I needed to go elsewhere. I called to see if I could resume my treatments there, and they responded with "just tell your new provider to contact us for your records". Christian Bigotry at its Finest ... A Crucifix in every exam room ... Beware the Fundamentalists Christian Shaming and Negligence in level of support in your healthcare. Especially if you're 73 & Gay like me. Could be deadly. Having spent almost 60 years working in the system, I'm incredibly sad that so many unrealistic policies are in place. And costs are unbelievable. And the system is fragmented.... your doctor won't see you in the hospital, only hospitalists so there's really no continuity,,, just shipped from one place to another and what ends up in your chart may or may not be true. SAD! Regulations don't benefit the patient... May have to consider looking for another provide.
