I have had many surgeries in the past. I have to say, this place was very good. From check in to…read mored/c, it was good. The anesthesiologist was phenomenal. He took my concern about my previous episode with awareness very seriously and made sure to pull out some "tricks" to prevent it on his case. I remember waking up post op and him being there asking me if I remembered anything from surgery. I didn't which was good and exactly what I asked for. Apparently me and Fentanyl aren't friends but they made sure my discomfort was well managed with Benadryl and anti nausea medicine. My surgeon, Dr. Moyles and his PA were phenomenal, as well. They both made sure I was comfortable and was ready for surgery and he got me back an hour EARLY for surgery. The one thing I was a little thrown off by was that they gave no post op instructions verbally to my mom. They gave the paperwork and that was it. I'm not sure if that's because they knew that I am a paramedic and knew how to handle my care but it was the only time I can ever think that we didn't get explained post-op care instructions. Again, that was the ONLY minor, very minor thing. As long as the paperwork was given, I count it as a win. I may be returning to the facility soon to have my other hand operated on but not sure if that's the route I want to take or not. I would 100% be okay with returning.

Restore Health Urgent care is a VA AUTHORIZED provider. I usually take my entire family here when…read morewe need a doctors opinion for minor illnesses and medical issues. My son was sick so we made an appointment online. The staff is friendly and easy to check in with. My only issue is that there were 4 people at the desk and only one person handling checkins or customers. The checkin process tends to be the longest part of appointments here even after I did all the paperwork online ahead of time. In their defense I did ask for an appointment after arriving but hey seem to have quite a few staff in the back and yet move very slow. The medical providers are usually a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. If you need to see an MD you may be out of luck. These providers have been able to handle every medical issue we have brought them to date but I am concerned they are not as thorough as they could be especially when as a medical mom of complex medical sons I make suggestions and they blow me off. Obviously they are not equipped to handle emergencies. Plenty of seating in waiting area and the entire facility is handicapped accessible. They do offer X-rays onsite but I am unsure of if they offer any other imaging. Their website has a list of services. Very disappointed that there were so many sick people coming into this facility with FLU/COVID symptoms and NO ONE is wearing masks except my son and I. Not even the staff! Considering it is cold and flu season the staff and any patient coming in with fever and symptoms should HAVE to mask! Fever = Contagious! The providers are very kind and compassionate but we waited 30 minutes past my sons appt time just to get into a room and then had to complete all the screening before we could even see a provider. Frustrated because my son left with a prescription but no strep test or PCR. I was hoping to know what we were dealing with. I left with a culture that is being sent off but no exam, nothing. Sometimes symptoms can actually mean something. I may find another urgent care for comparison. I would like to find someplace where you feel like you are not only be heard but that for the money they are charging you actually get examined and a treatment plan. I am being gracious with 3 stars only because their staff is pleasant to deal with but left me feeling like I wasted my time and my sons time and will end up having to go to our primary physicians office anyhow which defeats the purpose of going to an urgent care with the exception of a same day or next day appointment.

The office staff was great and very empathetic however, I just moved over from the West Coast to…read moreFlorida. I needed a new primary, I'm already receiving disability since 2009. I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

A week…read morebefore the appointment, they call to tell me the physician won't be in the office that day as he is taking call, and they don't have any appointments until June as they are putting me back on the wait list. They refused to bump a patient that scheduled after me, making me wait. Now, physicians know there call schedule in advance, so why make the appointment. In my 20 years in healthcare, a physician does not take the day off just because he is on call, especially Pulmonology when their emergencies are not from the ER, but mostly from the ICU. They lighten their schedules those days to accommodate being called into the hospital. They couldn't have handled this situation worse if they tried!
