The Doctor is awesome. He listens, care and monitors any new meds he gives you. He cares for his patients. Always dressed professionally, acts and listen. His team are like my family. The gals NEVER fail to Greet me when I come in, always by my 1st name (YEA! They remember) and always ask about me,with a Genuine concern! My Doctor at "MM" is a legend in the Medical profession, is "Dr Vernice "Denny" Ragsdale or Dr Rags" as I endearingly refer to him, is an"Vintage" Dr having served in the Medical Profession for around 55 years I would imagine, and is a :HOOT" as well as a DAMN FINE DR! Dr Rags is always quick with a joke, and expects one in turn...he listens intently to what I have to say,and quickly formulates several avenues of testing, treatment and recovery. I can't say enough about Dr Rags except I highly recommend him, and if I don't, he'll schedule me for a "Colonoscopy! LOL All kidding aside, Malabar Medical provides Superior Medical Services, at a VERY Reasonable "Out of Pocket" costs, as well as all Major CreditCards. Throughout my two appointments she consistently informed that i was fine while at the same time, pushing unnecessary tests so that I would keep coming back to their establishment. And insulting me after asking about my lifestyle, then insisting i get a certain test! I found her to be weird and not very bright when answering my questions, and explaining things. On top of that, i was given the wrong directions to where you get your bloodwork done. Very rude, unprofessional and poor quality. Go to a proper doctor's office or out-patient emergency center for good care.

First, they made me see the nurse practitioner for my first visit. He was a good guy, very knowledgeable. Then I got to see the doc. He was ok. What really made me stop going to the office is the docs wife and MA Christina. When I was there they were speaking Tagalog. They didn't realize I can understand what they were saying. The wife and Christina are very mean and un compassionate people. Talking about the patients and there illnesses. One over weight pt. checked in after me and they talked about how she stinks and is fat. Laughing. They talked about how the one guy Angel that works there and stinks. I went to the bathroom and was coming out when I caught Christina giving the middle finger to a patient that was walking away from her window. They offer primary care, internal medicine, outpatient services, Full Lab and blood work possible also OBGYN but I cant tell you how great their service is.
