Around 2020, due to the passing of my family doctor, Dr. Marino, my medical records were…read moretransferred to this clinic. At the time, I was unaware that my family doctor had passed away. I had previously promised him that I would show him my DNA blood test report from a hospital in China. So, I brought my DNA blood report to a nurse practitioner at this clinic. If I remember correctly, her name was Allison. When I arrived at the clinic, the nurse who checked my blood pressure and heart rate was very unfriendly. My hepatitis B virus test has been positive since childhood, but it is completely non-contagious. The only restriction is that I cannot donate blood. My twin daughters were born without the hepatitis B virus. However, this so-called medical professional actually told me that she needed to report my condition to the local infectious disease agency. I was speechless. How could a so-called medical professional lack such basic medical knowledge? Even now, passing by this clinic still makes me feel very uncomfortable. She made me rethink what it means to be a so-called medical professional in the United States. I encountered this just after returning from my parents' funeral in China in 2019. This in itself was adding insult to injury.

I truly am impressed on how well they listened and handled all my concerns. I use to work in a hospital for over 20 years and even with being an employee and having access to doctors, I have never felt listened to until I came to this office. Dr. kobobel should be completely embarrassed of what he has working in his office or maybe he just doesn't care! Had an over payment on an office visit with a ridiculous explanation of the building owner wants payments up front? Huh!? I don't even have a deductible so I shouldn't have paid anyway but they just don't bother checking. In Billing "Donna" spends more time telling you that she's waiting to go home or her coffee is cold rather than taking precious time out of her day to actually help patients. I gave it 4 times going to this office and it's a complete joke! Find somewhere else, there's lots of Doctors out there. I'm done!! Not to mention Dr had wrong prescriptions called in twice as well. Don't bother putting 4 for the nurses station as nobody answers the phone(all day) Quite the attention to detail there! STAY AWAY!!

The last straw with him was the worst by far, he told my son he needed PRP and the cost tripled from the original quote he gave us when we went in. About 3 hours after he administered the shots we were at the emergency room with a swollen foot! They proceeded to tell us he did the procedure the wrong way than proceeded to attend to my son's foot. That's when we decided that was the last straw!!! There are many doctors out there so whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM JASEN KOBOBEL!!!

I did not wait long in the waiting room, nor the exam room. The office was very clean. Dr. Wilson reviewed my notes and was conservative in his treatment approach due to my past medical history. This doctor is very patient and polite. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Ashley (nurse) & Dr Thomas Wilson was very patient with me & listened to me. He gave me options & let me decide which one that I wanted. He asked me if I wanted to think it over & come back at a later time. He does not suggest or push you for an option. I did have quite a wait (why the 5-star rating you ask?) I found out that on that particular day (Wednesday), there was only Dr Wilson working but the key thing was he did not rush & really cared about his patients. They apologized & since I was his last patient of the day, he asked me if I wanted to do the procedure then & there (which would save me another trip to the clinic.) Did the procedure (even went past closing) & his staff stayed behind. He & his staff still had the same cheerful, friendly, & helpful attitude at the end as when I got there. Sorry for the length of this review. I think on this particular day, the delay in being seen was the circumstances stated. Anyway, this worked for me & the quality of care was great. It might not work for others if there is a day that they might run behind). Hope this helps anyone.

I made an appointment here and was told that I would have to come in to get the new patient forms…read more I did so in advance of my appointment and was told that I would have to come back the day of the appointment for the forms. When I asked if they could send me home with a set or fax them to me if they weren't readily available, I was told that the forms only take "five minutes" to complete. I explained that I really did not wish to rush through them and another employee indicated I could come twenty minutes early to complete them. When I asked why it would take twenty minutes to complete forms that I was just told only take five, I was dismissively told I could come early. The first employee I dealt with had at least one facial piercing and was wearing inappropriate clothing. She was hardly professional in appearance. The second was simply rude. I explained that I would let my referring physician know about this visit as well as an immediate family member who also happens to be a physician. They didn't care. When I stated I would like to cancel my appointment, I was asked if I would like to reschedule. Ha! Incidentally, the employees involved were Rebecca and Nicole. Rebecca simply seemed stupid while Nicole came across as quite rude. I don't care how stellar a physician might be; he is responsible for his office staff. If they treat the immediate family member of a fellow physician this way, how will they treat others without any connection? Other observations: They apparently have a policy where if you wait longer than 30 minutes, they give you some type of credit or gift card. Is this a sandwich shop or a physician's office? Also, look at the length of time some of their doctors have been in practice. I don't wish to be anyone's gerbil. If you've seen the commercials for this practice, understand that they only appear to be showing the oldest looking of their physicians so as not to scare off potential customers - I mean patients.
