She has been denied copies of her reports and records through their office. She also is UNABLE to use her wheelchair to get into the building let alone inside the facility. She and I both have tried to call the corporate number multiple times either to go back and forth with the automated system or when able to leave a message with "corporate" not receive any form of correspondence in return. I'm going to be filing a complaint on her behalf through the BBB and with the ADA. This facility is a complete joke. I'm not sure how they have gotten away with being in business for so long.

Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Betts, a frail 88 year old man, was admitted to Merced Medical Center for a severe ulceration on his foot. A podiatrist, Dr. James Huish, was the first treating doc and Huish brought in Dr. Adam as the second opinion and surgeon. Both insisted that the foot needed to be amputated ... immediately due to gas gangrene. Their alarming insistence led us to do look for and retain a qualified opinion from an orthopedic surgeon, Dr Mario Sablan. In the end, it was doctor Sablan who saved the foot from amputation by use of high powered antibiotics and special wound care. Doctors Huish or Adam showed little medical restraint, lacked good judgement skills and were horrible diagnosticians. Further, the two were truly ghoulish in their attempts to cause more harm than good.
