I thought I ordered Large? The order says XL. I tried to contact Customer Service. I had to google it because the number is not on their website. My first calls were greeted with AI. She said it was off hours, so I called in the morning. She still said it was off hours. I told her, "That is impossible. It is 11:00 am in California. She said that I was correct but now she says they are busy. She asked me to leave my number and I did. No one ever called me back. I decided to go to their store and return them. I went to the store, and the sales rep says that they don't have my color choice. No problem, let's just order a new pair online. He checked and "They are all out of those pants in my size online!" No more large, so I am thinking that is why I got XLarge instead of Large? but I can't prove this. Okay, credit me and I will pick another style of pants. The problem is the store jogger pants are now $110 and not on sale. That is okay because I have $29 left on my gift card. The sales person, very nice, verified I had $29 left on my gift card. The problem is where is that money? It is not on my account. It is nowhere in their system. It is gone. Look, there is the proof that I still have $29 left. He agreed with me, but gave me Customer Service. Simple solution, let's just call them right now? No, he said they won't do anything right away. It will take days for them to issue a new gift card and mail it to me. I gave up on my $29 and this company at that moment. They took my money. Everything I just told you is true. There is something not right here. When I purchase something with an Amazon gift card, the balance stays on my account, so I can use it later. This is true with other companies, but not Vuori. Their customer service is more of a hassle than the money I lost. No one ever returned my call. I could never find a time when they are open. Be careful with online gift cards here.

After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. From the moment my son, who's going into middle school, and I walked in, we were greeted right away and connected with Judy, our sales specialist. Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. She also applied that same dedicated care to my wife, and thanks to her explanation, we finally figured out the reason for her ongoing ankle and knee pain.
