Other customers even mentioned this isn't the first time she's acted this way. It was embarrassing and definitely not the type of environment you'd expect when coming to enjoy a game. For clarity -- tipping is optional, not mandatory, in case Ashley was unaware of that. Since you have cameras, I encourage management/ownership to review the footage from last night.
