The drink had real pieces of fruit and was very refreshing. The boba texture itself was quite to my liking. It was more on the softer side, which I prefer. They were also generous with the amount of boba they gave. I got the standard size, and it was more than enough to satisfy my cravings. The service here was really good. Several employees greeted me, and I felt very welcomed. Since it was my first time here, I had a few questions about the menu. The employee helping me happily answered all my questions, which I appreciate. As for pricing, I found them to be reasonable. I'd say the prices are on par with other bubble tea shops. Simple but delicious. I have been here twice and have ordered their Passionfruit Tea w/ lychee and Strawberry Green Tea. I like that that their regular size is the size of a large at many other tea/boba. The menu is not lying when it says that their Strawberry Green Tea is made with real fruit! After the ownership change this place turned downhill. Firstly, customer service is non existent. The youngsters that work there now are absolutely miserable and flat out rude. Secondly, the quality of boba changed and not for the better. It is now sticky and clumpy. Teas are poured so sloppily. Mine was all over my cup last time I ordered it. The new owner thinks that because he changed the colors of the walls and put up a big screen people would like it more... NO!!! Train your employees please to provide an excellent customer service and actually care for the clients and their needs. Please make sure that the quality of the product stays the same as with the old owners!!!! It's not like the drinks are cheap! Customers are paying a lot of money for those. Also, to the new owner, please tell your employees to turn down that awful music they are playing. I would say that the drink is really good what I got! But the reason why am giving a 2 it's due to the fact that they're gonna charge you more if you ask for light ice. This is the first place that charges for that kind of request. I don't get why this place has 5 and a half stars by the time I'm writing this review. Out of all the boba shops I've been in this isn't the worst but extremely underwhelming. There's hardly any interior besides a cheap sign saying "Thirsty af." The entire store looks barren and empty. As for the drinks, I ordered a marble Thai tea and a regular milk tea. The only good thing about this place is that the workers are kind and very friendly. Anyways, the marble Thai tea tasted pretty plain. Its sweet but at the same time too watered down. And apparently its suppose to be a slushie? It's not, the marble Thai is just regular tea with some half and half cream. Next is the milk tea. It was slightly better but nothing to write home about. It didn't taste as watered down as the last tea but still extremely mediocre. Overall, I would pass this place and find a different boba shop. read more

I have been going to thristea since late 2021 and I used to be a regular and really enjoyed the matcha milk tea, I used to love the workers and the way they sparked up conversations and always gave me a reason to return. Now ever since they went under new management, it took a turn for the worse. the new workers are very rude and have given me attitude on multiple occasions and the way they make the drinks are so drastically different I don't enjoy it anymore. I have been eyeing to come try this place since they opened which hasn't been that long and I just go the chance to go today. I think its more expensive compared to a lot of other places i town. My total came to $5 for a green tea drink with boba. It said that it was $4 per drink and additional .50 for boba and somehow it was $5. so I dont know what the other addition was. But I didnt think it tasted good as other places. They said they are a sister company to another boba place in temecula which is Tea Time but I think Tea time on Temecula Parkway outweighs this place by a lot. Boba was good but flavor wasnt great. They said they use fresh fruit but It didnt seem that way. I'm not sure if I want to visit them again really because it was just ok and expensive compared to other places in town read more

The drinks are wonderful but the boba can be oddly shaped sometimes.Personally the cookies and cream slush with normal boba taste the best to me but when I try other flavors it usually tastes amazing.When it got rebranded I was sad but I'm glad to see new things to the menu. read more
