We had HD connections complete our new custom home install. They completed all AV wiring, home…read moresecurity, camera installation and a Cell booster to our new home. We spent a significant amount of money with them. Once we worked out a few kinks with some HDMI wiring and our Cell booster while finishing the home everything worked well. Our issue with them (Amanda, Dan) is our cameras are not working. We contacted them and they came out for $150 service fee and told us our power cord was not working. He did not have a power cord and told us to order one. We replaced the cord and the power came back but our router is not working. We were then told to call the manufacturer and it was not their issue or they would charge another $150 to come back out and try to access the situation (which was not figured out on the first visit). I told them I would drop the router off myself but received no response from Amanda. I understand this to a certain extent but I would think since they did the whole home installation they would help us out to get this fixed. We have been paying a monthly service charge for over 4 1/2 years on top of this. We also asked to see the contract we signed for the monthly service fee which we thought was for 4 years but Amanda said it was for 5 years. We still have not received the contract we signed and have not received the phone number for the Manufacturer. I would highly proceed with caution, especially if you need any help once they complete your install.

I was so happy with Frontline's service, that I asked Rob about security for my home. I asked if he installed ADT systems, and he does not. He set me up with a great system and monitoring that includes doors and windows, and it includes video in a few locations around the house.
