DON'T go there for computer even though they claim ctr. virus service…read more Their door and website claims open Sunday afternoon but locked up. They don't answer phone calls or messaging. Got my pc after a week with the claim it was fixed, virus was still there! When I returned they refused to refund my $110 so stopped payment. Found another shop that fixed it in 30 minutes. Maybe they are okay with phones, they suck with computers.

Their store hours are wrong. There is a sign saying 'they are short staffed and they will be back…read moretemporarily.' This is wrong. They are not open on any Sunday. I came back two times to get my phone fixed on a Sunday and they were closed. I went to another store and they could not fix my phone because Verizon sent the claim to this store. That store told me they haven't been open for a month on Sundays. I went back on a Tuesday, they were finally open, and just laughed when I explained the run around, they put me through. I had to go home to use my computer to turn off the 'find my iphone' feature and call the store when this was done. When I did this, they were very short, and hung up the phone before I had a chance to ask questions. Like when he said he would call me when the repair was finished, leaving me to wonder how he would call me when he had my phone. Definitely go to another store!!!!
