I think I had the best day I've had in a while simply because of the interactions I had with staff. They made me laugh my ass off, they gave me information on piercing care, helped me pick out my jewelry, (I also dropped my things a million times cause I'm a clumsy mofo) and they helped me pick everything up every time while making me giggle and kick my feet. i didnt know I could multitask like that. AND to top it off, the manager also gave me a freebie septum set just out of her own kindness. I told her she could pick out the jewelry since she was kind enough to gimmie a freebie; and she still picked out something she knew I was looking at. LIKE HELLO??! THE SERVICE?! GIRL IS ATTENTIVE TO HER CUSTOMURRRRSSS!! I left with 6 new septum sets (14 septum's in total!!) and only 2 of the 6 packs I picked had more than 2 septum's in them. only cost about 40-50 bucks, and more than HALF of them have bling added onto them. in this economy, you'd be dumb as heeeeellllll not to hit up spencies. They've upped their selection on jewelry, they seem to have an awesome staff on hand, and you're getting better value and quantity here than you would anywhere else. I went to Claire's across the store, and ONE septum from there was priced at 30 bucks alone. At Spencer's you get better selection, and they have pack options as well (sets of 3-6 instead of just one standard piece of jewellery) I was ready for a quick in and out but I stuck around for like twenty or thirty minutes, of my own volition; JUST because the staff were so friendly and funny and charismatic. the vibes were so matched that I left asking if they were hiring. And immediately got to thinking about this review. basically these girls left me leaving a simple errand with a memory. wish I knew their names so I could specifically credit them. I'd come back just for the personalism and experience. Even if I didn't need anything. Having a shit day? Don't go to therapy. The store is between Dicks sporting goods and Books A Million. There is a selfie station with a couch and old Christmas decor in the background. The selfie location is up front to left when you walk in with props to make your selfie unique. The two staff members were very welcoming definitely felt the Christmas spirit.
