Get an email that my textbook is ready for pickup, drive to Arcata to be told it is actually not ready. This happened twice. Now today when it came to return my book I make the trip and the employee tells me she can't remember her login and I need to come back tomorrow. How is that acceptable? This place needs management and a complete overhaul. I will be doing anything I can to get my texts somewhere else.
