After confirming that I already had the cards, I was told to come by for assistance and a quote. I drove about 15 minutes across town expecting a basic consultation. The same woman who answered the phone was at the front desk. From the beginning, her tone was sarcastic and condescending. When I showed her a sample of my design and mentioned it was made in Canva, she immediately dismissed it as "sh*t software" and made a point of saying they "use REAL software." When she learned the file wasn't vectorized, she told me I was wasting her time... despite never mentioning this requirement during the phone call. Had I been told upfront that a vector file was required, I would have come prepared. Instead, I was spoken to rudely and made to feel unwelcome. When I asked for a rough quote anyway, I was quoted $2,500 to engrave 100 business cards!!! (with me providing the materials). At that point it was clear the price was either punitive or they simply didn't want the job, so I left. This is the first 1-star review I've ever felt compelled to write on Yelp. While other reviews suggest they may do decent work, the customer service alone is reason enough to look elsewhere. At a minimum, get quotes from other engravers in town before wasting your time and gas. $2,500 for 100 business cards, materials provided, paired with outright disrespect? Hard pass.

I noticed some black onyx and Tahitian pearls which are my other two favorite stones other than diamonds. I should've asked if they have lab grown diamonds, but I didn't think to ask. The gentlemen was asking what kind of stone my ring was in the center because he's never seen such a color for a diamond and I told him it was a fancy blue diamond. I placed four orders in early August and since it is mid-Sept, way past their 1-2 week turnaround time cited, I tried getting ahold of RAD to obtain a status update. At my wits end, I emailed today (the same emails from before) that if I did not receive a response today, I would unfortunately have to take further action and was prepared to write the BBB and begin leaving reviews everywhere possible. Low and behold, they finally responded that they had just cancelled my orders and somehow did not receive any of my messages. How a company could "miss" messages from all avenues of communication & support that they advertise is beyond concerning. They clearly do not monitor their orders, website stock levels, or messages. Even the "cancelled order" emails that I received minutes before they finally responded had no order or recipient info to decipher which orders were being cancelled which just caused alot of extra work and referencing, and expensing on my end & I wonder had I not continued to try to get a response how long it would have taken for them to realize that they had charged me and never actually sent any product. So, unfortunately, I do not recommend this vendor to anyone looking to receive their orders or who require any level of customer service.
