The princess left me for the next table because they had food.
Glenn P.

Okay, so me and the princess (see attached pic) and I were out for a Walmart run. We decide to stop to fortify ourselves for the inevitable people of Walmart deluge. I really liked the pee-ounce pour-yourself format. It allowed me to get exactly what I wanted and not be bogged down by flights of stuff I might not like. The beers were respectable. They're kinda new, so the recipes and techniques can use some tweaking, but overall a good product. And the princess loved it so much that she ditched me to go hang at another table that was more fun and generous with treats.

ows tables and benches in a brewery

This is a strip mall style brewery, so expect to see lots of duct work in the ceiling, rafters high above, metal and concrete and all the usual dressings of a modular building. TBH it's a style that lends to the cleanliness of the place, which this place was, but in some way, it is a negative because the location detracts from the uniqueness of the brand. Stopped in for a look around. It was just lunch time and we were not able to enjoy a few so I went for the to go option. This is a card style, pay by the pour type place. I worry about those types, because the cost can be hidden by the math involved. But as I said, I went to the Togo area and grabbed a six pack for $16.50. Not what I was expecting but , I had to try it. Not much more I can say on this review, as I did not try anything.

Thick and Thin Brewery - The image shows the interior of a brewery with a spacious seating area that includes wooden tables and chairs. There is a bar with staff behind it, and a large wall sign spelling 'CHEERS' in yellow letters. The ceiling has exposed wooden beams and ductwork, with lighting fixtures hanging down. A refrigerator with beverages and various framed pictures and decorations are visible on the walls. Several patrons are seated, some using their phones, and a staff member is standing near the bar.

Came here after visiting the other brewery in the same industrial complex.  Homaide Brewing is…read moreintimate, warm and inviting.   Wish this beer haven was down the street from my house because I would walk here and make a serious dent in their bar stool. Ordered a flight and a mixed drink.  They have beer offering, wine and spirits.  What caught my eye was their flight of Scotch 4 1/2 oz pours for only $14.  WINNING!!!! The Beer: Bunches honey granola cream Ale 5.5% ABV... smooth and crushable! Belgian Dubbel w/ cherry plum & raisins 7.1% ABV... I wasn't expecting the high amount of acidity for this Belgian dubbel. It was a burst of flavor which punched me right in the taste buds.  In a good way. Coattails Double IPA 7.9% ABV...  well balanced IPA, a little citrus, a little hops, slightly sweet and nothing overwhelming. FIRE! French Toast Nightman barrel aged Imperial Stout 10% ABV... dark chocolate and coconut is all I got.  It was semi sweet and tasted a little of extract. Aged 14 months, respectfully throw that back in the barrel and pull it out in a few years. Or bottle it and forget about it for a long while. Dark Passenger cherry vanilla Porter 7.6%  ABV... this one kicked before I could try it.  Maybe next time. The service was fantastic.  The beer was great.  And, I felt totally comfortable in this atmosphere.  Like that t-shirt that is super comfortable, but you can't throw away because it is so very comfortable.  Or your favorite reclining chair.  Suffice to say, I wish I could pack Homaide Brewing in my carry on and take is with me on my flight back to to Florida.

I've had several conversations with Stephen, he's a cool dude. And what more could I say about Lucas than that glorious beard. Lindsey is the best bartender ever! The trivia nights are awesome. The "bunches" beer is my favorite and I will continue coming here for years to come. They constantly have new limited brews releasing.

Any business that stands behind what it makes is a business I want to patronize. I ordered myself…read moredinner while at the brewery and to my surprise when I went up there were TWO pizza boxes. I looked confused and the guy behind the pickup window said the first one had a hole it it so they remade my order and the original was on the house. When I opened both boxes they looked identical save for one slice have a tear which to me is neither here nor there. What stands out to me is I didn't get my pizza, notice the flaw, and then say something. They spotted the error and corrected it before I even got the text my food was ready. The pizza itself was delicious. They accommodated my special request for stracciatella cheese too. Delicious crust, quality toppings, and the sauce was where it needed to be. I highly recommend them for dine in or take out.

Stopped here on a Saturday night to knock off one of the list of places I've wanted to try. Located…read morehooked onto a brewery type place that shared space to sit with a large room and a bar, Although they didn't have some of the pizzas I've seen in advertisements on hand, we were able to find a few to try. 12" pies so obv 3 for 2 people to do some taste testing makes the most sense. We also scooped an order of cheesy bread as well and a couple of waters. MARGHERITA: thin on the sauce (which is a heavy tomato paste consistency) so it looks overcooked. Flavor was good but the sauce was nearly dried on - maybe thinning the sauce so it keeps its liquidity more? Don't know. Again - a solid pie (7.2/10) RICKERONI: Cupping pepperoni, ricotta mounds, and some jalapeños . More of a traditional feel here - loved the pepperoni and the sauce. The ricotta looked cool but wasn't my favorite addition. Peppers really had a pop to them. Liked this way more (8.1/10) BIG MAC: Meat, garlic sauce, MAC sauce and pickles - I liked this a lot but I wish I would had ordered more MAC sauce on top - like these style specialty pies (7.8/10) The cheesy bread was good, the pesto very thick on top. Nice large space to sit and eat. Staff was nice and friendly at the pickup window.
