First, I was told the cake would be ready for pickup when they opened at 11am. When I got there, the cake had yet to be iced because it was still cooling. I was told another 30 min was needed. To make matters worse, after handing out the first slices of cake, we discovered that the middle of the cake had a layer of still raw batter.
