There was a fan going and the temperature was perfect! Everyone's steak was cooked perfectly and sides were unique and yummy! Our second trip was with our daughter and was the last evening they were open for the season. Again everyone's food was perfect and the waitress surprised us with a round of cheesecake at the end of our meal as we were her last table for the year.
