Contacted the company and the owner said it is not bat season so the warranty is only for bats and anything else is not covered. No matter what this man tells you do not believe him. I left over 20 messages with his secretary and Mike. He will never return our calls. Supposedly I have a 2 year warranty. Guess not if he will not return. Finally got a call from the former owner. He helps with the verbage with Insurance companies to get them to pay the $10,000.00 for the Guana removal. The former owner couldn't explain why Mike is posing as just an employee. When I told him Mike told me he trained him for 3 years personally before he let him go out on his own, the former owner said HE HAS NEVER TRAINED ANYONE FOR 3 YEARS. The whole thing is a joke and I was completely scammed. Do not believe a word Mike says.

To our great and wonderful surprise, Ray called my husband back within an hour and said he would be by to our house that afternoon!! Ray arrived as planned and confirmed we had flying squirrels getting in through several exterior access points near dormers. Ray came back a day later and placed one way doors on the access points. These "doors" enable the squirrels to leave our house but they can't get back in the house. Ray will come back in a month to remove the doors and plug the holes. This gives the squirrels an opportunity to safely and humanely exit. It is good for us because the squirrels aren't trapped in the house. Ray was knowledgeable, thorough, a very good communicator when he was delayed at another job and reasonably priced. Awesome!
