You are told one thing about warranty work and how the customer is SO IMPORTANT. Not 6 months after all the work was complete we have noises in the attic again. Contacted the company and the owner said it is not bat season so the warranty is only for bats and anything else is not covered. No matter what this man tells you do not believe him. After spending $10,000 this is how you are treated. I would not recommend this company.

Told me he uses all this special foam with pepper in it, ummm nope never did, and then makes me sign a contract. I left over 20 messages with his secretary and Mike. He will never return our calls. Supposedly I have a 2 year warranty. Guess not if he will not return. Finally got a call from the former owner. He helps with the verbage with Insurance companies to get them to pay the $10,000.00 for the Guana removal. The former owner couldn't explain why Mike is posing as just an employee. When I told him Mike told me he trained him for 3 years personally before he let him go out on his own, the former owner said HE HAS NEVER TRAINED ANYONE FOR 3 YEARS. The whole thing is a joke and I was completely scammed. Do not believe a word Mike says.

My…read morehusband put a call into Northeast Wildlife Services with a hope that MAYBE we could get a call back and MAYBE a visit the following week. To our great and wonderful surprise, Ray called my husband back within an hour and said he would be by to our house that afternoon!! Ray arrived as planned and confirmed we had flying squirrels getting in through several exterior access points near dormers. Ray came back a day later and placed one way doors on the access points. These "doors" enable the squirrels to leave our house but they can't get back in the house. Ray will come back in a month to remove the doors and plug the holes. This gives the squirrels an opportunity to safely and humanely exit. It is good for us because the squirrels aren't trapped in the house. Ray was knowledgeable, thorough, a very good communicator when he was delayed at another job and reasonably priced. Awesome!

It's been a couple of months, & I've not had any problems since. I strongly recommend his services to anyone dealing with a similar situation.

We felt Advanced Pest Solutions devised and implemented a plan to remediate our situation with follow up to evaluate success. When we first moved into our house it was uncared for and overgrown. We were pulling a couple ticks off ourselves every day. It's been a year and half since advanced pest solutions started spraying for ticks on our property and in that year and a half we've had exactly 0 ticks. Truly incredible work. They also eradicated the rats from the basement, which took some serious, methodical effort on their part. We have been so lucky to have advanced pest solutions in our lives, honestly don't think we'd still be living here if we hadn't found them. If you're looking for someone to deal with ticks, mosquitos, rodents, wasps, or whatever else Maine throws at you, there is no one else I would consider. Advanced pest solutions is the only option, they're that good.

Do not under any circumstance hire this company unless you thrive on chaos and broken promises…read more There is so much wrong with this company it's almost impossible to list all of it in this thread. But I will attempt to paint an accurate picture for you. First, the initial worker who showed up was rude, unfriendly and would not speak at all. He was supposed to dig a trench 12 inches deep to place the mesh around the deck to prevent animal intrusion. The depth is important otherwise the mesh is useless. After he left the first day we checked and the mesh was actually 6-7 inches. We pointed this out to Becky the office manager and she sent somebody else out to fix it. No apologies, just excuses. The second worker eventually finished the work but the job that was supposed to take two days stretched out from April to June 30 th. There were multiple no call, no show days as well as the one worker they sent never worked for more than 3 hours. Despite asking the office manager Becky to finish the job we were given empty promises. Every time the worker showed up she would state " the job will be completed today" but never was. For the money we paid this company should be embarrassed to operate the way they do business. I'm not sure how they stay in business.
