His recommendations included not only treatment but also prevention. Selina(owner) was very professional and kind in scheduling us for inspection and service the next day. Both she and technician Ken arrived promptly, assessing our entire home and basement. Ken stated he has been in the pest/animal control business for 30 years. We knew we called the right company to eradicate our mice issue. We felt Advanced Pest Solutions devised and implemented a plan to remediate our situation with follow up to evaluate success. They also sprayed the home, basement and shed perimeters for other spiders, flies and random pests. We are glad we chose this company and highly recommend for any pest control issues.

When we first moved into our house it was uncared for and overgrown. We were pulling a couple ticks off ourselves every day. It's been a year and half since advanced pest solutions started spraying for ticks on our property and in that year and a half we've had exactly 0 ticks. Truly incredible work. They also eradicated the rats from the basement, which took some serious, methodical effort on their part. We have been so lucky to have advanced pest solutions in our lives, honestly don't think we'd still be living here if we hadn't found them. If you're looking for someone to deal with ticks, mosquitos, rodents, wasps, or whatever else Maine throws at you, there is no one else I would consider. Advanced pest solutions is the only option, they're that good.

Don't do it. I promise you will be sorry. I have had them for five years; for four of those, they…read moredid a reasonable, if not-great, job. Then early this year they were bought out. By some company in Texas; I would guess a Private Equity or VC firm. In March, I paid them about $2000 for the year's service. As I have for five years. They had no trouble taking my money. Then... they totally ghosted me. Missed the spring treatment, wouldn't respond, wouldn't come. Eventually I hired another company for my service. Now they refuse to return my money. After about a dozen promises and 'check's in the mail', I finally submitted a dispute with Citi. And then, get this: THEY LIED TO CITI. Said services I paid for were completely performed.

My original contract was $702.24 and for the following services: Early Spring - 118.56 Spring - 100.80 Early Summer - 87.84 Summer - 87.84 Late Summer - 30.72 Grub control- 132.48 Late season aeration - 144.00 (we later changed this to aeration and overseeding after Ryan came out to look at our lawn and were given a price of 326.40 for prepaying.) When looking at our history on our account, the names of the applications are different and prices changed. For example, we were charged 87.84 for late summer instead of 30.72 that was listed on the original contract. We did not have a winterizer in our original contract and were charged additional for that. The early summer was not done. Summer application was skipped. I had to reach out in May to even get the first application started. It should have been done in April. The worst part was when the aeration and overseeing was supposed to be done, I watched on our security cameras 2 techs who walked my property, placed a sign at the end of the driveway indicating it was completed, when in fact it was not. The excuse I was given was that the one tech was deployed. I thank him for his service, but why would he place a sign indicating the service was done when it was not? The figures are all over the place and it seems almost intended to confuse the customer. I feel like I've been playing a game of Follow the Bouncing Ball and am losing. I have worked with 2 other providers for many years and never had such a horrible experience. I definitely will not be returning next year.
