I also emailed about the price myself prior to the appointment and they just confirmed by appointment without answering my question about the price. Emailed the to see if I could get a refund and got no response until I called. They said that loose waves couldn't be done in the hour timeframe so they did tight curls instead. However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. I did not receive my money back. It is beyond me how they let a customer walk out their salon with the hair style I was given. I went home washed and styled my hair myself. Overall super disappointed and would definitely avoid this salon in the future, especially for prom season!

The owner herself did my consult! They went above and beyond! I went in again, and was treated amazing like the first time! The owner came in on her day off to cut my hair. She spent a lot of time on me, letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. She answered all my questions, made me comfortable and was so friendly.
