I usually go to chatters, but it was a nice sibling day out, so I said yes. She even treated me and paid for mine, too. When I got them dune I was so happy! I raved about them to everyone. The same night, I noticed that the red was peeling off one of them. It's a big deal. I thought that happens sometimes. I went back the next day, and they fixed it for me free of charge. Over the next few days, the red peeled off a few of my nails. But I was busy and couldn't go back, and I still liked the overall work. Last night, about 8 days after getting them dune, one of them cracked off when I was taking off my sweater. And when I woke up this morning, another other one had come off all together overnight. I went back today to have the two that had broken fixed, and I was told I would have to pay! I asked if they insured their work! I know Chatters insure their work for three weeks! I was told that after one week you have to pay to have it fixed! This is not a $20 or $30 set of nails! And I am not asking to have my nails changed. I just sent them fixed. And I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect that after only 9 days at the most, they should still be insured to be fixed for free! I will be going to Chatters from now on, and I am posting this so others will know about my experience with them!

I was…read morehesitant first but silly me didn't check the reviews like I should have and there were poorly done. My friend actually noticed the mistakes before me but me taking a closer look I saw exactly what she saw. I will be returning tomorrow and asking them to fix it.
