Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a cup of tea and only had to select our polish colour before being whisked upstairs to our private treatment room. We had selected body and nail treatments and had the same friendly and professional estheticians for the whole afternoon. The quality of the treatments were all top notch. Emailed the to see if I could get a refund and got no response until I called. They said that loose waves couldn't be done in the hour timeframe so they did tight curls instead. However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. I did not receive my money back. It is beyond me how they let a customer walk out their salon with the hair style I was given. I went home washed and styled my hair myself. The owner herself did my consult! They went above and beyond! I went in again, and was treated amazing like the first time! The owner came in on her day off to cut my hair.
