Was charged 66$ when on the website it states 25$ for a wash and style with no other information that states the price is subjected to change due to hair length and time. I also emailed about the price myself prior to the appointment and they just confirmed by appointment without answering my question about the price. Emailed the to see if I could get a refund and got no response until I called. They said that loose waves couldn't be done in the hour timeframe so they did tight curls instead. However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. I did not receive my money back. It is beyond me how they let a customer walk out their salon with the hair style I was given. I went home washed and styled my hair myself. Overall super disappointed and would definitely avoid this salon in the future, especially for prom season!

The owner herself did my consult! They went above and beyond! I went in again, and was treated amazing like the first time! The owner came in on her day off to cut my hair. She spent a lot of time on me, letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. She answered all my questions, made me comfortable and was so friendly. In the end, I wasn't charged too much, and I was happy. I highly recommend HAIR CONNECTION!! Thanks guys!! :D

She was brushing my hair like she was trying to rip it out. And she kept saying "It's so long and thick". I was thinking "it won't be thick for very long if you don't calm down and stop ripping it out". When I left, my hair was frizzy from being damaged and I felt like I'd been violated. I think her name was Lisa. I won't go back and honestly I bought some scissors that are meant for cutting hair and I'm just going to continue cutting my own hair. It's not that hard to throw some layers in it by myself every 6 months and people say it looks good. Hair stylists are often arrogant and take themselves way too seriously, in general. I give up.
