Had the most embarrassing experience. The job was horrible and I pd 35.00 plus tip. When I got outside and looked at the polish it was terrible. I went back to show the one who did my nails and owner was rude and nasty and just removed polish from 1 nail and I asked it have it all removed. Last week, my sister and I were at the Avalon mall in St. John's and she asked if I wanted to get our nails dune together. I usually go to chatters, but it was a nice sibling day out, so I said yes. She even treated me and paid for mine, too. When I got them dune I was so happy! I raved about them to everyone. The same night, I noticed that the red was peeling off one of them. It's a big deal. I thought that happens sometimes. I went back the next day, and they fixed it for me free of charge. Over the next few days, the red peeled off a few of my nails. But I was busy and couldn't go back, and I still liked the overall work. Last night, about 8 days after getting them dune, one of them cracked off when I was taking off my sweater. And when I woke up this morning, another other one had come off all together overnight. I went back today to have the two that had broken fixed, and I was told I would have to pay! I asked if they insured their work! I know Chatters insure their work for three weeks! I was told that after one week you have to pay to have it fixed! This is not a $20 or $30 set of nails! And I am not asking to have my nails changed. I just sent them fixed. And I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect that after only 9 days at the most, they should still be insured to be fixed for free! I will be going to Chatters from now on, and I am posting this so others will know about my experience with them! read more

it wasn't bad the nails are a bit sloppy and crooked and they didn't peep my nails what so ever, i probably won't be coming back

Would not recommend. They didn't push back my cuticles or prepare my nails for the acrylic, just filed them a bit then stuck on the fake nail. Then got gel put on, it was clumpy and not put on evenly at all, it was carelessly put on. These things weren't my biggest concern though, not even a week from getting them done, they started falling off! Acrylics are supposed to stay on for 3-4 weeks as my last set from nails time did, these started coming off days later! Ridiculous! Will not be spending $60 again to have to try gluing nails falling off just a week later from the appointment. read more

Terrible service! Save your money! The lady doing my nails filed them in such an unnatural shape and when I asked her to fix them she made me pay before doing anything else. She then took another client while I was paying and gave me a file to do my own nails! I paid $34 to have my nails painted and 4 of them have bubbles. I could have done a better job myself. I've been here so many times and keep regretting it every time. I'm a sucker for punishment I guess. Got my nails done 2 days ago. Yesterday was Canada day so they were closed, came back July 2nd because my nail started peeling, (the colour). My nails are bumpy, not filed evenly, not at all the same shape, and the tips point down and they feel very weird. I've been waiting almost 2 hours now to get 1 nail fixed. I spent $65 to get these done, they shouldn't be peeling or looking gross at all for that price. Wouldn't recommend. Run far away, pay the extra few dollars to get it done by someone who takes pride in their work. read more

Long wait times which is fine but it would've been nice if they had told us that when we called ahead of time to find out. Yelled at my friend when she asked how much time till her pedicure. Sloppy workmanship- but I think that's dependant on who does the job. Overall would not come back here. read more
