I did the usual self-help basics, like changing the filter and so on to no avail. I called Noble based on Yelp Reviews, with no further information about them. Corey and Mike got to my home promptly at their appointment time. It took them about an hour to find the suspect issue-a port on my igniter had plugged up. They were unable to find a replacement part at hand and would have had to order it-but Corey cleaned the part back in their office well enough so it functioned properly. They put it back in the furnace and it worked fine. Total charge was $ 125 for the service, which I consider reasonable. They were prompt, located the issue quickly and got the furnace working again-ready for a cold week. I'm very pleased and would recommend others to use Noble. I'll use them again if I have more issues with my furnace or A/C.

With my wife at home, 3 children and a 4th on the way, I couldn't wait, and I could afford to pay a fortune. After several estimates, with all of the companies either charging too much, or not being able to get in for weeks, I stumbled upon Aplus. When i called, I explained my story, and what i needed. Someone came out the same day, and not just someone, but the owner himself. After giving me all my options and taking the time to answer all my questions, I felt comfortable with my choice which ended up getting both an a/c and furnace. I received a great price and compassion and understanding for my situation. In fact, he told me a crew would be out the next morning, and thats exactly what happened. He came by at some point throughout the morning as well to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend this company everytime to anyone looking for a good price, great customer service, excellent work and fast response.
