When he didn't show up at 8am, I became worried that he was going to be a no show, like another pest control company that failed to show. At about 8:10am, he called and told me that he was finishing up on another project and would be 1/2 hour late. True to his word, he was at my house within a half an hour. I told him that I observed, on the second floor, under an eave, a bird trying to enter the house. He got his ladder, climbed onto the roof, and found the entry point. Moments later, he returned to his truck to get some wire mesh, climbed back onto the roof and stapled the mesh to the house to seal off the area where the bird had entered the attic. On top of that, he climbed around the attic to make sure that there wasn't a nest or any further evidence of bird activity. Pete was easy to talk to, hardworking and trustworthy. If I ever need to hire another pest control company, I would immediately call Pest Rangers again.

After several attempts NW Crawlspace were unable to fix their mistakes, and communication broke down. I paid another company to come in and fix things, and the owner of NW Crawlspace reimbursed my costs and gave what I believe to be a sincere apology.
