Customer service started off great but that has quickly changed. They were $156 more than the other…read moreplace but with good customer service I was willing to pay. Coming out to measure and look was quick and great customer service then when it came time to check the in stall the guy kept not responding to emails, Was able to call and get everything scheduled. Then install went smooth. It was going up and down so much smoother and quieter than the 20 year old door. Door was installed 4/25/25 them on 5/30/25 it started making a popping sound and seems it is not going up and down the tracks good, I knew it was the weekend but thought if I could leave a vm or send email they could address early Monday morning. VM was full. The website no longer exists as if they didn't renew the URL. No appointments were available Tuesday until I started addressing that nothing could be communicated over weekend then mysteriously one becomes available. Will update after they come back out. A new garage door having problems after a month is huge problem with how expensive they are now. They came back out claimed it was the paint heating up causing the popping. That is absolutely no true since it happens in below freezing temps to almost 100 degrees. My 20 year old garage door never popped like this. The popping has become louder as time has passed because it is not right and was never made right. Pretty sure they just said let me take advantage of a female . Would never use them again.

After spending nearly $30k with this company, all was wonderful during the purchase-- with Desmond being a stand out, but afterward communication dropped, an order was misplaced and fulfilled two months after promised install, and our home, MOST upsetting, was treated disrespectfully. No protection of our hardwood floors, rugs, and patio. Dirt and dust were tracked through our home, nails, pieces of metal, screws and old caulk were left on our back deck, dropping down to our lower patio for us to sweep up. Tools were dropped onto our living room floor and boots in/out of the front door left open during above average 90 degree temps. After having a discussion with the Project Manager, Taylor, he was extremely defensive and patronizing. Completely unprofessional! I've never encountered a team of installers before who had no regard for a home! I would not in good conscience recommend this company and the Supervisory staff leaves a lot to be desired. Completely unprofessional. Buyer Beware! Note: another Supervisor did bring a Swiffer over, but this was NOT offered, I asked for this! This was done begrudgingly.
