Coming out to measure and look was quick and great customer service then when it came time to check the in stall the guy kept not responding to emails, Was able to call and get everything scheduled. Then install went smooth. It was going up and down so much smoother and quieter than the 20 year old door. Door was installed 4/25/25 them on 5/30/25 it started making a popping sound and seems it is not going up and down the tracks good, I knew it was the weekend but thought if I could leave a vm or send email they could address early Monday morning. VM was full. The website no longer exists as if they didn't renew the URL. No appointments were available Tuesday until I started addressing that nothing could be communicated over weekend then mysteriously one becomes available. Will update after they come back out. A new garage door having problems after a month is huge problem with how expensive they are now. They came back out claimed it was the paint heating up causing the popping. That is absolutely no true since it happens in below freezing temps to almost 100 degrees. My 20 year old garage door never popped like this. The popping has become louder as time has passed because it is not right and was never made right. Pretty sure they just said let me take advantage of a female . Would never use them again.

Horrible experience with a Byrom Constructed House…read more This builder built my house. Within a short time of moving in, the BRAND NEW house started leaking/POURING water. The builder did come out on numerous trips and purported to fix the problem each time. All to no avail. The house still leaks. Frustrated with the builder's efforts, I have replaced the roof that was not ready to be replaced in hopes of fixing the problem--the roof was not the problem however. My next step is the replace the windows on the upper floors that I believe were not properly sealed. Overall, I would not use this builder to EVER build anything for me.

I hired All Pro Renovations to do some repairs from a fire…read more The owner of the company, Ken, started out on a good note with me but over time that changed. I should have known how the project was going to go from the very beginning. The first day of work, the subcontractors showed up, who were great I might add, and they were removing the dry wall from inside the house and I heard Frank on the phone with Ken telling him he needed the sheet rock so they could get done. It took Ken hours to bring it because he was going getting other things so they were just sitting waiting on him. As the project moved on this is how things went. Ken would not bring material for them to work. He was piece milling the material instead of bringing everything at once. About the 2nd - 3rd week Frank informed me they were leaving early because they were out of material and had nothing to do. I didn't get involved but this continued. About a month later I was sitting in the house about 1:30 and saw The subcontractors talking in front of the house and I New they should have been in the back working. I didn't think nothing of it but about 3PM I looked outside and they were gone. I called Frank and asked him why they left and he said they quit. They were not going to work for Ken anymore due to the way he was talking to him when he asked for material. I called Ken and told him to make it right with them because I didn't want anyone else working on my house. I asked Ken to go purchase all of the material and put what he needed in my garage and the rest out side. He still did not do that. He still purchased a little at a time. The last straw was when the subcontractors were doing the roof, I had to go change the shingles because the ones Ken purchased was wrong. He was not talking to Frank at this point so he didn't know what they needed and was buying the wrong stuff. I had to go swap the shingles myself to keep them working. I gave Ken one last shot and said get EVERYTHING that day for the next day. When he still didn't do it and I had to go to Lowe's and get the wood myself! I fired him. The only thing Ken was responsible for was getting the workers what they needed and he couldn't even do that. He did not do any work on my house himself and was delaying the process for the workers who were. After I fired him I hired Frank and Kevin myself because they did not want to work for him anymore. I started to get the materials myself they needed to complete my house. They are great to work with and easy to get along with. Frank and Kevin did great work and I will hire them again. I will NOT work with Ken Mac at All Pro Renovations again and will NOT refer him to anyone.

Stay clear of this man! He contracted to do painting for us. The price was lower than others, but…read morehis promise of completed the job in the time that he himself guaranteed was completely not met. He said it would be done in 3 days beginning the Monday of Thanksgiving week and completed by that Wednesday. Every day he said that he would be at our house by between 7 am and 7:30. He never showed up before 8:30. Monday and Tuesday they were gone by 3 and 3:30. After multiple excuses, the job was not completed by Wednesday. This ruined our ability to have a Thanksgiving dinner for our family. They did return on Friday and did more work but in the process spilled a gallon bucket of paint on our carpet. He tried to clean it up and initially not tell us about it but had no choice but to. No drop clothes or any coverings were used to protect any of our flooring so now the carpet in our upstairs hallway and on our stairs is completely ruined. I should not have allowed them to come back after this but my wife convinced me to at least allowed them to come back and finish the job. They returned on Saturday and were supposed to finish the ceilings in the foyer and upstairs hallway (which should have been done FIRST!) and a second coat on the foyer walls. The walls and trim were done mostly by his wife, while Stan either disappeared, piddled around, or was on the phone. Without a word to us, they packed up and left. THE CEILINGS STILL NOT FINISHED!!! I called him and he said he was too tired and I could just pay him what I thought I owed him but he was done with it. When I said that the job was not done and I wasn't paying him anything until it was. At that point, he said that I didn't owe him anything else and hung up on me! I bought all of the paint and materials for the job and even went and bought more paint when they messed up the bedroom ceilings and had to start over in them! He was also paid HALF of his fee on that Wednesday with the promise that the job would be completed, but that is proven to be a lie. At one point on Friday, he even tried to claim that would he originally quoted us "couldn't be right" and acted like he wanted more than the agreed upon price, but I had the paper that HE wrote the amounts on that was in HIS OWN HANDWRITING!!! He couldn't argue with that. This man is worse than a shady used car salesman! He will repeatedly make promises he can't and has no intention of keeping. He has absolutely no respect for people's homes or property. Because of Stan, we will now have to not only find someone else to finish the ceilings and try to fix all of the flaws we have found, but replace the carpet in our upstairs hallway and stairwell. Please do yourself a favor and contact a real professional.

While doing the Inside of our windows, he was thorough and clean----always taking care to tidy up behind himself as he went from room to room. He also did a wonderful job on the exterior of our home....including windows, screens, gutters, and pressure washing the house. He was gracious, funny, and we'd recommend he and his business any day.
