We had the most wonderful mattress for 13 years with zero issues. When we moved, we left our old…read morehouse furnished including our beloved mattress. The size won't work in the new house and it has been QUITE the challenge finding a worthy replacement. After visiting virturally every mattress store within the area, we were between a few at Delta Bedding and others at Big Box stores. To our regret, we ultimately decided upon Delta Bedding to support a local company that has been in business for over 40 years. This was a poor decision on our behalf as you are only given 30 days to try out the mattress. We went on vacation and upon our return surpassed that 30 day limit. We were told not to worry, they would make things right and suggested we walk on the bed twice a day and break it in. We did so and still no luck. The bed we received was not as soft as the one we tried in the store. After the walking on it daily didn't do help to break it in, we asked if we could trade it in for a different mattress and pay the difference, re-stocking fee, etc but they would not do anything as we were over that 30 day window. So now we are stuck with an almost $2k mattress thats been sitting in an encasement in our garage since we found another mattress that doesn't cause us to wake up in extreme pain daily. Both of us were living at Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. We are extremely fit in our very early 40s and have never had such issues with a mattress. Moral of the story is to buy a mattress with a better return policy because as we all know the quality of sleep is ESSENTIAL to our overall health and well-being.

Six Yellow Chairs is an antique and home accent shop in Shingle Springs, CA. This small but mighty…read moreshop is filled with home and garden decor, some are brand new and a lot of if is older. The older items are gently used and lovely restored. The antique furniture such as the dressers and silverware cabinets are professionally painted in gorgeously boring, neutral colors. Most of the furniture have been refurbished to a current shabby chic style and vibe. There are some pieces still in its original wood state, not painted. The prices are not particularly outrageous or thrifty. They seem to be aligned to other local area antique shops. Unbeknownst I dropped in close to 15 minutes before closing. The gentleman working there did not shoo us away or rush us out. Quite opposite, he warmly greeted us and advised even though he is closing soon to please look around and holler if we have questions.
