I just got off the phone with the director who informed me that due to the notes in her system from…read morelast year, my 4 year old non-verbal son is not allowed back because we discharged. Later to find out it's because the therapists "didn't like me" I didn't handle when he got RING WORM appropriately so because of this, my son is now out of education, not speaking and struggling, I cried on the phone with her as she continued to say that he was not welcome. I did not receive any type of help no referrals elsewhere. I have emails/records of her staff calling me at 9pm to tell me about all the gossip and why I should choose them over another school. I haven't stopped crying...my son isn't speaking...and now my baby is being denied help that he NEEDS more then anything. I have screenshots of her employees harassing me and making me apart of their drama. I have a letter of them asking us to attend the school but now a year later he is denied. A MAN was in charge of taking my son to the restroom...the employees are on their phone more then anything. This is beyond immoral and wrong. The director offering referrals in her response is untrue. I will be submitting a complaint to the ethics board. Now we have safety concerns over if that man was ethical with my son considering this is how the director operates. If you are considering this place, run fast. She completely destroyed my day and my sons education and chances at success. Also, she says to reach out...her phone must not be working because I got dropped with no help or guidance. Thanks!

Communication has been clear, scheduling has been manageable, and the overall environment is supportive. Highly recommend. We've also seen Miss Eleanor, OT, and she was wonderful as well: thoughtful, encouraging, and professional. The front office and overall practice have been organized, and we've felt supported throughout the process. I'd recommend this clinic to any parent looking for a strong pediatric therapy team.

Our current therapist - Eliza Brooks- has been awesome for my son. She is kind and passionate and knowledgeable. She has been guiding and helping him for about 2 years. He has made strides in every aspect of his life. She approaches him with a plan and keeps us informed of progress. She has been a blessing. All of the therapists approach their job with caring and compassion. They do not forget that the parents are an important part of the equation and keep them informed.
