I had my first pair reconditioned for $100 and the next pair was sent in 30 days later and they were $125. (A 25% price increase in 30 days).??? To top that off, they never called to say they were ready, so I had to call them, which took 3 calls. It is so evident that the new ownership group/private equity has combined multiple practices and deliver very poor support and service.
