She cleaned and repaired them in about 15 minutes, and my mom could hear again almost immediately. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. The manager even went above and beyond by giving me phone numbers for medical transportation options since my mom is no longer driving. I apologize for not remembering everyone"s names Knowing this is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the community since 1967 makes the experience even more meaningful. We were so thankful for the prompt care, compassion, and professionalism shown to us when we truly needed it. I am incredibly appreciative and highly recommend them.
