The visit seemed more in depth than a freebie, but I clearly told the receptionist that, that's what I was there for. However, they billed my insurance than tried to bill me. After kindly telling them that a mistake had been made, they offered to give me a call to clear it up. I never received a call or apology. What was baffling is that they still proceeded to email me. Today, they emailed me happy birthday for my child, but next to my child's name it said "cannot come back, will not pay". They are sloppy and unprofessional.

Communication has been clear, scheduling has been manageable, and the overall environment is supportive. Highly recommend. Our current therapist - Eliza Brooks- has been awesome for my son. She is kind and passionate and knowledgeable. She has been guiding and helping him for about 2 years. He has made strides in every aspect of his life. She approaches him with a plan and keeps us informed of progress. She has been a blessing. All of the therapists approach their job with caring and compassion. They do not forget that the parents are an important part of the equation and keep them informed.
