I initially tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, and even submitted the online contact form, but never received a response. After getting no reply, I decided to stop by in person. Unfortunately, my interaction at the front desk was not a positive one. Rather than acknowledging the possibility that my messages may not have been received or returned, the receptionist seemed more focused on questioning whether I had called the correct number, whether I had left a message, and whether I had only called that same day. I repeatedly explained that I had contacted the office multiple times through different methods, but I felt like my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed. Because so much of the conversation was focused on questioning whether I had actually tried to contact the office, I eventually told her that I had even stood outside the office and called while she was inside, and the phone still was not answered. At that point, it was clear that I was spending more time trying to prove that I had attempted to make contact than discussing how to schedule an appointment. What stood out most was the lack of accountability and customer service. When someone takes the time to call, leave messages, submit an online form, and then physically come into the office, the response should be to help solve the problem not to make the person feel as though they need to prove they attempted to make contact. In the end, the difficulty I experienced just trying to schedule an appointment made me decide to look elsewhere. If the scheduling process is this challenging before becoming a patient, it did not give me confidence in what the overall experience would be like. The front admin need corrective training because this seems to be an on going issue. Adding a photo of the times I called since it's clear the staff was heavily focused on whether or not I did try to contact them more than once.

I've been a client since June 2007 when I re-injured my surgically repaired knee a year post surgery. I worked nearby and it came up on the list. I was mostly excited for the location. Once I had my first appointment I knew I had found the perfect medical care professionals. Their treatments are whole body with an emphasis on full mobility. They don't just look at the affected area without considering how it's affecting your walk, stance, sitting, and daily life. I've worked with many of the PTs over the years but have maintained a relationship with one of my original therapist who has helped me through a plethora of issues, injuries, and surgery. Outstanding Physical Therapy Care with a Personal Touch…read more After trying six other physical therapy clinics over the past year and a half through my workers' comp case, I finally found a place that truly stood out. From day one, Heidi and her team provided exceptional customer service and care that felt personal and genuine. Unlike other places I tried, they didn't treat me like just another case file. Even though I was there through workers' comp, they treated me like a real person, with empathy and respect every step of the way. The therapy itself was excellent--they adjusted my exercises based on how I was feeling each day, which helped me continue to make steady progress without overdoing it. I would remind him each time, he would then give me exercises and immediately walk away before I started (not ever checking if I am doing it correctly) to go talk about sports with his colleagues. He did not check to see if I did the exercises correctly and I felt like I was wasting my time taking off work and driving over just to be ignored- I could've just googled exercises and done them at the gym. I'm only writing this review because I keep getting automatic text requests to fill out a form about my progress, and it is frustrating because I made no progress here, no one cared about my healing at all, and I wasted money on something I could've done alone. I switched physical therapists after a few sessions and the difference was night and day in terms of actually paying attention. I had previous excellent experiences with a couple other therapists a few years ago, so came back here 1yr after a double hip replacement and had a bad experience. My first session wirh Mark, he yawned through my session and moved his eyes in sideways eye rolls and seemed disinterested. After having me walk for two minutes back and forth he proclaims me having a shorter right leg and gives me a shoe lift and tells me to get more on Amazon and always wear them, that it will feel more natural once I get used to them. I asked if I should take my shoes off and walk as they have been worn down a bit as I wore them before my surgery, he said no. Then we did some exercises. I had come in to work on strengthening my right hip muscles and some quad strengthening. I said my hip was "catching" a bit. I did not like taking his two minute evaluation on something as important as saying I had uneven legs after my surgery. I wore the lifts as instructed and felt something was wrong. Today, my orthopedic surgeon had me do a specialized xray that measures the leg lengths - they are perfectly even and I have healed beautifully, no lifts needed - in fact, using them could actually cause muscle problems by MAKING me uneven and muscles accommodating unnecessarily. THIS WAS A BAD DIAGNOSIS BY MARK. He could have worked with me over a few sessions first - and SHOULD HAVE recommended that I get his suspected leg length discrepancy checked out officially. This was a dangerous 2min determination on his part!! This, added with his visual boredom during our session, makes me not recommend him.

We find them through an approved list from our insurance carrier, Kaiser. The office is clean, & check in process was some of the smoothest I have ever experienced. No shoes are allowed once you cross out of the waiting room. The front desk ladies are friendly & really got to know my son in such a short amount of time. They always knew he wanted to show them whatever toy he brought for the day & there was always a sticker he enjoyed getting they'd let him pick out. Payments were automatic and I never had any issues there. Within one session with both ladies, we were able to get him using words we knew he had in there-they just helped him bring them to life. My son & I were both bummed when we ended services due to him starting preschool & getting the services while there. Emily really grew on him. He would absolutely light up seeing both ladies. My son, his attitude, behavior, and speech all elevated by coming to Milestone. The absolute patience the staff has is incredible. My son had a couple sessions of occupational therapy and we absolutely loved our therapist as well. I felt included in each of his sessions with all the ladies & there was something we worked on each week to improve the next. My son went from saying a handful of words to now speaking sentences. We game together and he fully understands that we need to take turns. Started off as a super worried mama, and left confident that we would be more than okay. This review is for the scheduling and billing department and not the physical therapists…read more Poorly trained personnel on insurance claim and following up on patients when there is a doctor referral. I waited about 3 weeks for the clinic to contact me after our pediatrician put in a referral to see PT for my childs torticolis. When I did not hear back I called the office, the first lady said she could not find any referrals then I spoke to a second person that said the paper work sent over was incorrect. I told her since this is a time sensitive issue to go ahead and put me in as a private pay so at least we can start the evaluation and make future appts if needed. Made an appt for an evaluation, only to be called by another personnel to cancel the appt because they are not able to figure out if they are contracted with my insurance. I told them I would still want to come in for the evaluation since its already been over a month and I would pay as private pay until insurance is sorted out. I ended up seeing Miss Paige and Miss Hannah. Both are great PTs and did help improving omy childs torticolis. I ended up using 6 or 7 appointments, 3 months had passed and each time they wanted to cancel my appt because they couldnt figure out insurance coverage. Long story short I finally had to email all the claims and what my insurance had cover and my copays that I had paid for them to finally realize what was happening. Insurance companies suck I get it. I deal with them on a daily basis at my job. But not having trained personnel to deal with the insurance complexities is not acceptable in the health care industry.
