I completely tore my acl months ago. My doctor has been having me do physical therapy before he will do surgery. I finally have surgery booked for September, thank God! This place is very nice & clean. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. They play good music . My overall experience here has been very good. Although therapy isn't fun, I'm glad I'm doing it here! I highly recommend this facility! read more

I have been going to Nexus for a few months now and enjoy everything about the place. The routine they have me on is effective and predictable, both good things, and the music and atmosphere are consistently upbeat. The best thing of all are the people: from director Jenna down to the newest trainee, all are friendly and competent. Ayron, Chris, Cydney, Hayley, more, the list goes on. I recommend this Midway location for anyone who wants a first rate physical therapy gym. read more

This is my second stint at Nexus. The last time was a couple of years ago, Joshlyn at the front desk and Andrea the PT were memorable standouts. Two years later I'm back, and thrilled to see Joshlyn still there! She remembered me and I received such a warm welcome. So friendly. I'm working with Jenna and Chris. They are both amazing. Very patient and clearly knowledgeable about how to treat different injuries. The workouts and exercises are well planned and thought through to target the issues. Sessions end with therapeutics. Heat/cold/e-stim/massage. They mix it up well. Very friendly atmosphere, good clean equipment and all around enjoyable experience. Couldn't recommend them more. read more

just now NEW I came into Nexus after taking a fall off my horse and injuring my back. When I was prescribed physical therapy I was really unsure of my physical abilities and doubted I would be able to complete the full 6 weeks. That changed the first day I went into Nexus! From my initial phone call with Joshlyn I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged. The positive energy from the team kept me motivated and built up my physical strength and confidence through out my experience. Not only am I leaving feeling so much better from the injury, I'm leaving with a higher belief in myself, a stronger body, and a healthier relationship with exercise! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Joshlyn, Jenna, Carlos, and Chris for this healing gift! read more

This is an update: Nexus continues to impress me every single time with their incredible team, new equipment and beautiful remodeled facility. Been working mostly with Ayron. He's always challenging me, with his creative exercises and never rushes me out. They have also started an extremely affordable Saturday bootcamp and offer personal training. If you want the BEST, Nexus is the only BEST. Today was my Evaluation (first appointment). The staff were super professional, attentive and took me in without any wait. Chad Morris did my eval, he seem to have a lot of knowledge and immediately knew the root of my problem. They are going under construction, but there's tons of space at the clinic, and I know for sure it's going to look amazing once they're done. I have prettyhigh expectations and after a lot of exposure to PT clinics, both good and bad, I Definitely recommend this Nexus. Can't wait for my next appointment! read more

I switched my physical therapy session over to Nexus and I couldn't be happier! I love the energy and how personable the staff if. Both Aaron and Nicole do a fantastic job at getting the clients to interact and feel comfortable. I feel like I'm coming to a gym to workout rather than mundane therapy. All the equipment is state of the art and clean! That's a big plus for me. They also offer personal training and group classes. This place has everything you need to get you back to 100%. read more

I wish they would follow the CDC covid guidelines as they do NOT require face masks of all staff or clients and cleaning the machines is only done once an hour instead of after every patient. The therapist here are absolutely amazing though, they are extremely knowledgeable and proficient. The staff is very friendly and they make the therapy engaging and unique/personalized while explaining how the exercises help you. read more

The entire Nexus team has been amazing! Great attention to detail, courteous, and helpful in explaining proper form during the physical therapy process! I would recommend to anyone! read more

WARNING! You are at risk of injuring yourself at this facility. I received incomplete and confusing instructions about how to perform an exercise. The physical therapist walked away and yukked it up with a co-worker, while I struggled to figure out the exercise, totally unsupervised. NO personal attention. NO patient concern or care. NO professionalism and NO manners. It was a horrible experience. I went to the front counter and asked to speak to the owner. Joselyn told me, "I'll take a message but there's no guarantee he'll call you back." Choose your physical therapy provider carefully, and choose Nexus at your own risk. read more

Nexus is THE go to place for physical therapy & now fitness training! Injuries /medical conditions are not a fun experience to have to go through but, I look forward to my PT treatments @ Nexus! Nexus has been the biggest bright spot in my recovery. After my injury, there was an impending feeling that I would never return to activity like before. However, because of Nexus, that couldn't have been more untrue. I am returning back to the sports I love with the utmost confidence in my recovery and I have none other than the amazing PTs at Nexus to thank for that. Joshlyn, Jenna and Carlos make every athlete that comes in the clinic feel seen and like they are the greatest priority. There are not enough words to describe the amazing staff Nexus has employed. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. read more

The great attitudes and customer service from the team lifts my spirits after a hard day at work. They are very knowledgeable about therapeutic options and are cohesive as a team. My fiancé and I visited friends in San Diego for a weekend and they told us about Nexus. We decided to give the 6pm boot camp a try and they did not disappoint. I am currently receiving physical therapy after a 3 year old hip surgery and a recent total knee replacement. I have been to other physical therapy businesses and they don't come close to the excellent care I receive at Nexus. Joslyn is the scheduler, prepares the music selections, ensures your insurance is covering your services and has the most positive, outgoing personality, her smile is motivating before my work out. Jenna, the lead Physical Therapist is so amazing also, she plans my daily workout and tracks my progress, she is so kind, gentle, and encouraging. Carlos is one of the physical therapy assistants, he is so great! Carlos is very energetic, positive, and encouraging, I look forward to my Physical Therapy sessions at Nexus because it's always such a good experience! I'm excited to join the gym there after I complete my Physical Therapy because this fact has everything I need to get in better shape! read more

Nexus was one of the best physical therapy spots I've been to. They on top with the best treatments for any ailment, injury, or pain you may be having. The crew that works knows exactly what they are doing and are passionate about what they do. The family vibe is big as well. I would recommend nexus first and above all to anyone who asked for a physical therapy spot! read more

First off I don't know who would rate this place other than 5 because they are very cognizant or patient care. They follow strict doctors orders. I've been to multiple centers and have more than 20 years experience. I was fortunate to meet the owner and really liked his approach to rehab and overall philosophy. He believes in Team approach and manual physical therapy. I had gone to another PT that has multiple locations and they actually made my shoulder worse and now I have to have another surgery as they caused 3 tears in it when before I had partial tear. With the help of Nexus I had minimal pain post operatively for my hip. Had complete range of motion 2 days post operatively and now 2 weeks after surgery my doctor so impressed with my care he says I don't need my brace or have to use crutches or walker and that I can be completely weight bearing. Keep up the great work Nexus. May everyone who wants and need effective rehab find you and all of your locations!!!! read more

Chad and his team are amazing. I was referred to them for capsulitis or, "Frozen Shoulder." I've been resistance training my entire life and already practice a range of mobility, flexibility and myofascial tissue release techniques. The therapists at Nexus adjusted for this and I was able to see much greater improvement when compared to my experience with their main PT clinic competition. I highly recommend their Graston and cupping service too! read more
