RU is the best!!! To say I am a fan of Rehab United is a drastically gross understatement. I am…read moreenamoured of the organization and their treatment and care. They are without a doubt the best physical therapy provider in San Diego county, California, the west coast, and definitely the country. I've been a client since June 2007 when I re-injured my surgically repaired knee a year post surgery. I worked nearby and it came up on the list. I was mostly excited for the location. Once I had my first appointment I knew I had found the perfect medical care professionals. Their treatments are whole body with an emphasis on full mobility. They don't just look at the affected area without considering how it's affecting your walk, stance, sitting, and daily life. I've worked with many of the PTs over the years but have maintained a relationship with one of my original therapist who has helped me through a plethora of issues, injuries, and surgery. I can't recommend them enough and have recommended them to many people. Thank you, RU for giving a darn about your patients and their wellbeing.

Zero stars for lack of transparency…read more I explicitly asked for my out-of-pocket cost as a new patient with a high deductible and was told $90. Weeks later, I was billed an additional $81.98. When I questioned it, I was told the higher charge was because I was a new patient, something they already knew, and that the $90 was "just an estimate," which was never disclosed. This feels deceptive. Patients deserve honest pricing upfront, especially when paying entirely out of pocket. After multiple calls, broken promises to call back, and being told nothing could be done, I paid just to move on. Good treatment does not excuse misleading billing practices. I will never return.

Catalyst Performance movement specialist extraordinaire Brian Wilson assessed my posture & put me through a ton of sport specific testing to determine my individual athletic profile. From this profile he showed me where on my body I was needing to focus energy and helped me construct my 10 week Summer training program! After the first week of doing it, I already feel way different than any seasons prior to this and can't wait to see my gains on the field come August! If you are an athlete looking to dial in your body for performance...catalyst is the place. The outdoor turf space, brand new equipment, and well-educated trainers and performance specialists make it soooo ideal. Love this place and the positive environment they provide!

As a physical therapist myself, I understand the importance of proper form and an appropriate plan of care to get people to achieve their goals. Pedro has developed a comprehensive strength and conditioning, mobility, and flexibility plan to help me improve my explosive power, endurance, and hip flexibility needed for training Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing). I'm looking forward to improving weekly with his guidance and motivation!!

Tiffany and Christie were the two physical therapist that worked on me and I went twice a week. They did targeted massage and fast release with cupping in addition to strengthening exercise exercises for my gluteal muscles and my hamstring. It took a lot of concentrated time and effort, but my hamstring gradually improved and got stronger and then it healed. I would highly recommend catalyst to anyone who is an athlete and has an injury because their strengthening exercises Will serve you well if you're intentional about following them after you leave your therapy. I went to their location at the Barnes tennis center, and it is very clean and well organized, and all of the equipment that you need us there. The physical therapy assistance are very good too. They show you how to do all the exercises properly so that you are strengthening the correct muscles and not injuring yourself. They are excellent at getting your insurance in place and coordinating with your primary doctor and giving them your plan of care.

It had been maybe a month in a half and I didn't think I was going to get better and maybe PT just wasn't working for me. Since I wasn't doing all exercises regularly, I decided to be diligent about them and if I didn't see an improvement I was going to stop PT and find another healing modality. What do you know after doing the exercises diligently I saw an improvement and graduated PT! A couple of things to note. I'm hyper mobile and I also had hip, groin, shoulder, mid back & neck pain. I hurt all over. While we worked on my quad Jon would also give me stretches and bodywork for the other areas. All areas were either healed or significantly improved. I was living in constant pain and dealing with some of the issues for years and for the most part it's gone! I took advantage of the monthly massage membership, which was and continues to be part of my healing process. I have since moved on to personal training through Catalyst as well to strengthen my body in the correct way, which has also been a game changer for me. Love the team at Catalyst, through them I learned how to be fully in tune with my body. Sharing a video of me dancing this weekend something I could not do when I first came to Catalyst.
