I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Sam at Premium Chiro on Camino del Rio South. I found him on Instagram after being rear-ended and struggling with persistent neck pain. Before seeing him, I had visited multiple chiropractors, but none of their adjustments seemed to help--I continued to suffer from discomfort, fatigue, and pain. I've never been one to take medication, let alone rely on it, and I would rather try multiple modalities out of pocket than settle for any sort of medication. Unfortunately, many doctors pushed painkillers and muscle relaxers on me, but that was never the solution I was looking for--I wanted to address the root cause of my pain. That's when I came across Dr. Sam, and I am so thankful I did. His expertise and adjustments have completely transformed my quality of life. Even though I live far up north, I make the time to come see him because his treatments are that effective. After each session, I feel incredibly amazing, with no pain. He has an excellent talent for treating sports related injuries/issues. First of all, I'm really skeptical of chiropractic services and Dr. Hamilton provided care that made me wonder what the heck other chiropractors I've seen are doing. I was down in San Diego on business and had bad sciatica flaring up from a long drive down from NorCal. I don't like getting cracked often, but I've found its the quickest way to resolve that kind of pain, especially with the 8 hour drive back looming over me. I did a quick internet search and found InHomeChiro which fit my circumstance perfectly, they had openings that worked around my schedule and Dr. Hamilton came to my Air BnB for the appointment! I'm pretty fit, a regular yogi and outdoor sports enthusiast, but have a laundry list of musculoskeletal injuries and issues from the feet up. Most of the people I have been to for help with alignment issues stop evaluating once they see I'm in shape and have flexibility, they give me unspecific pops and send me on my way with a return appointment, sometimes feeling worse and with little long term improvement. Dr. Hamilton looked at my posture and my walking, noticed little ways I was turning out my hip that were putting unbalance pressure on my knees, and instead of just laying me down and cracking my neck and back we actually started while I was standing and worked on some bad balance habits I have. I could go on and on with specifics but the point is he gave me exercises, feed back, and unique adjustments that have actually helped me FIX my issues instead of just making it temporarily resolved. I'm posting this review everywhere I can because, I can't recommend this service enough! I wish I them up where I live, and have been contacting Dr. Hamilton about doing a zoom consult. I was in pain when visiting in Oceanside. Pain was radiating from my neck down my right arm.
