The lady that answered the phone was really nice. She accommodated my request to be seen ASAP. She checked me in when I got there. Super professional the entire visit. She even let my wife sit in one of their massage chairs while she waited for my back adjustment. Their waiting area is not just a drab doctors office vibe. They had cool art and easy listening music. The massage chairs to sit in while you wait were a really nice touch. The doctor saw me on time. He asked good questions about my ailment. He developed a good plan to help my back. He spent time trying to help me. Made me feel like they cared about my immediate need and my long term health plan. The pricing in my opinion is very fair. They could justify charging more based off how smooth everything was and the amenities they available for their customers. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and had fantastic bedside manner. In 2021 I had the worst acupuncture appointment of my life at Chiropractique, when the acupuncturist spent my entire session telling me that COVID wasn't real. At the end of my appointment, she didn't even bother to take all the needles out. I was looking for a relaxing, restorative treatment, and -- as someone who knows people who were seriously affected during COVID -- it was the polar opposite of relaxing. I called management to let them know. The owner told me "everyone has different opinions." He didn't offer any kind of refund or do-over, so I spent $100 for someone to stick needles in me while telling me their right wing political beliefs. Before this, I had solid massage and chiropractor sessions, but I am still taken blown away by how the owner treated this situation. Bringing up hot button issues and politics during what is supposed to be a restorative acupuncture session is never appropriate. Will never go back and would avoid if you believe in science and want to relax and feel comfortable. read more

I had thrown my back out on a Sunday afternoon... didn't think much of a chance to be seen, but I went into the office anyway. The team was booked, but worked eagerly to find a way to fit me in. After a few minutes they had figured a way for the chiropractor to see me in about an hour, and they had an opening for a massage. Being that I was so tense from the back being out, I was happy to accept the massage. I have been to Chiropractique several times now. I first went for massages. I had the CBD and deep tissue. I had 2 different masseuses, and both were great. I appreciate that they actually ask you about what's going on, and then apply that to your massage. At so many other places, they might ask you, but you still get what seems to be a cookie cutter massage. I feel like here they truly want to help your concerns. I wish I could afford to go more often! I just started going for chiropractic care, as I have had some joint issues. My first visit was great. Again she asked a lot of questions, and wanted to make sure my concerns were worked on. I look forward to continuing this journey. Another amazing thing here is the quiet massage chair area you can wait in. The good massage therapists and Riley the best acupuncture specialist all left because they weren't being treated with respect financially and otherwise. I've done a lot of damage to my body through sports, random injuries, & a car accident. I had been to previous Chiropractors when I had issues that would leave my body inoperable & in pain. Those visits were infrequent and I typically found myself just enduring discomfort . Then I found Chiropractique. I went to the Mission Hills Location. There , I met Dr Bradley. I can't recall the reason for that first visit because I stay pretty active with basketball, skateboarding, & hiking. I'll be honest though, it's usually something silly like a sneeze, pushing myself at work, or accidents that take me out of commission. Anyway- Dr Brad chatted with me about my lifestyle & what issues I was having that day. On that and every subsequent visit, I leave feeling great and have been able to stay very active in my funtime pursuits. I've also learned to be more aware of my body mechanics and movement to minimize future issues. Chiropractique is great- the vibe is tranquil, & Dr Brad knows what he's doing. Booking an appointment was really easy and I saw Dr. Haroun ArefI idk why I was Nervous but the minute I walked in I felt super at ease and relaxed. The space is right next to lamplighter where I've sang karaoke so many times and was like yeah I already like this place. The space is very clean modern yet cozy. Some wellness places feel cold like a an ikea show room and this place just felt very nice with good energy. There are massage chairs in this really cool room with lights and I made some coffee because I love free coffee and just felt like a million bucks Dr Arefi totally put me at ease I have a shoulder injury and he took time to talk me through what the goal of my visit was. I learned things about my body I didn't even know was bothering me and after my first visit I felt major relief in my neck and back ! This place is really awesome and even though I don't have insurance it was really affordable less then getting my nails done and I'm def going back. it was a great experience . read more

I can't remember the name of my masseuse(s) at this time but both were amazing. All three times I received a 60 min deep tissue. I am currently coming to Chiropractique for chiropractic care with Dr. Bradley Fitzgerald. My experience has been great. With some chiropractors I feel there is pressure to make more appointments than necessary etc. not the care here! Very open and honest and wonderful customer service. You can also come in earlier than your appointment and use the massage chairs to help loosen up your muscles before an adjustment which I love to do. As well as free parking in the back! I hurt my back while in town for a meeting and tried to schedule a same-day appointment. The website showed lots of availability, but when I chose a time, it returned an error. Called and left a message but no one called back; tried again during business hours but no answer. Luckily, there are stick-on heating pads and Tylenol. read more

I visited twice for chiropractic treatment at the start of 2024. First the eval with Dr Brad went fine. I visited for a follow up a month later and was greeted with "nice to meet you" by Dr Brad and I assured him we previously met for my eval 4 weeks prior. Unfortunately, this time he adjusted my thoracic spine while in prone with such force that one of my left side ribs was moved out of place. I was in tremendous pain the following days and let Dr Brad know via text. Of course he recommended I come in for an adjustment but I was not comfortable going to the same person who caused my issue to remedy it. Thankfully a physical therapist was able to help me fix my rib and elevate my pain. As expected, Dr Brad did not admit any fault but I have received adjustments from several professionals over the last 15 years and no other chiropractor has thrown a rib out of place. Edit: I still have the email that states I would not pay more than 35.00 out of pocket My insurance was not checked (again) until after services, giving me no choice but to pay that amount. I would not have done it, or even come in if not for the email that said what my out of pocket would be, so this is not all on the insurance company .. Besides all this the company reached, and a refunded was issued for my services. ----------------------------------------------------------- As far as my acupuncture experience it went very well, and I enjoyed the person who performed the service, and they explained everything very well However I am not happy I was charged the full price for acupuncture when I was told I was in network. I have the email. I made sure to verify before I arrived, because I could not afford to keep going at 90.00 per visit. I got to the my appt, and asked again about coverage and said they would look into it. I did not find out until AFTER my treatment I was being charged the full 90.00. I have the email that states my insurance may not cover everything but the most the visit would be, would be 35.00. I contacted CIGNA, and they told me the visit should have been 15.00. I verbally contacted Chiropractique, and was basically told they believe their services are more than the co-pay, and the least it would have been was 65.00. I was told by the Office Assistant my insurance would only cover a 15 minute increment. No one at CIGNA stated that and no where on my email from Chiropractique does it state that. I was also told my coverage was not looked up, even though I have the email stating they were in network. So I guess they decide that even though my insurance does cover it, they believe their services go beyond the co-pay. I had the basic first time visit with no addt'l services. If you want to charge more you should tell someone before the services start. I cannot afford nor will I come back at 90.00 per visit. I have both emails and a image from Cigna saying it was covered. This is an unfortunate situation since the experience overall was positive. read more
