The staff (both medical and administrative), were nothing but supportive, helpful, friendly, courteous, and above all understanding of my needs and issues with getting my pain management under control. Joanne Arbusto, is the PA who evaluated me and thoroughly went through my current regimen to help me understand my situation and helped me go through my many medications for which I have been struggling to reduce and improve for years now and with some extremely helpful suggestions from which I was able to change or remove 5 meds so far by showing their suggestions to my primary and other doctors. After years of suffering, I was able to establish a pain regimen that not only works but has enormously improved my quality of life! They truly are life savers!!

It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.
