I'm so fucking happy I remembered this place existed. I'm from Stoughton, I moved away, but I come…read moreto town to visit my family pretty often. I legit had a panic attack at the trouble it was finding anything at all on class pass, let alone good yoga, barre, and spin. Like literally I was malfunctioning and this happens everytime I come to town. The boutique fitness here is not even mid, I know it's the suburbs but it sucks and throws me off my fitness routine everytime I come home. Plus I eat all the shit I don't eat where I live here, fucking town spa and bullshit. I just can't. Googled yoga after not being able to book a 9:30 class somewhere like near Dedham idk. I really don't remember this area. Ummm. I totally forgot I used to come here the first years they were open and I was like early years of college. (20 yrs ago wtf) anyway this place really was the catalyst to my fitness journey. I was wicked lazy and silly, and just kind of fucked around bc I didn't and still don't know how to use weights, and was really a dancer, however; I loveee group fitness. This place only got better!! The instructors are fucking amazing, I sucks at names but the barre teacher wow! Slay queen,. I needed that. Barre in LA could use you. And Gail is a g!! Love her. I also had the pleasure of doing Zumba with the homies. If you know you know. Anyway 25$ for a week pass is silly stupid. And I will be back everytime this fucking town sucks me back for a visit.

Laura is extremely talented, knowledgeable - she knew exactly what was going on when she first saw me. Based on her experience and expertise her assessment for a biweekly visit for 6-weeks worked perfectly for me. I saw Mike on most of my appointments during the course of 6 weeks. Mike is excellent, very knowledgeable, and helped me with all the exercises a huge deal. The friendly conversations helped me go through some very basic exercises very quickly. The facility is meticulously clean, appointments are on time. I always received a reminder text the previous day for the appointments. The ATI app also helped with exercises at home. Kudos to ATI, I am so much better and able to go about my life while knowing how to handle soreness and pain should they creep up again. Highly recommend ATI.

I was very unhappy with Laura at the Canton MA location. I have been a nurse for 39 years. I went…read moreto PT in 2017 somewhere else. That was a great experience. Laura, in my view, is unprofessional. She is loud and thinks she is funny. She was not amusing to me. The manner in which she spoke to a new therapist in training was rude. She spoke to her harshly several times while standing next to me. I have trained numerous nurses over the years and never treated another nurse the way Laura treated Ashley. I have a work related back injury. I only went for the initial visit and had enough. I going someplace else. I have body image issues as I am overweight right now. I didn't need to hear that I have a "neck like a turtle". "I have a flat butt and flat shoulders". "I have a degenerative disc disease body". Hearing these comments from Laura at the start of my appointment just stunned me so much. It was difficult to get past psychologically. Then having pay attention to her abrupt instructions on exercises was stressful. After explaining each exercise she would tell me how many to do and just walk away to do something else with someone else. I didn't know if I was performing the exercise correctly. Shouldn't a PT make sure you are doing things correctly? Of course. I also felt the "chicken wing" song was childish (another therapist playing a bongo while she sang to me). I will never go back again and won't refer anyone I know to go there. I think Laura needs some feedback as the other therapist working at ATI that day seemed professional.

Yes Five Stars. Not given lightly. My father first used this company because of a friend's…read morerecommendation a year ago. He had just had a pace-maker installed and needed help at home. Complete Private Home Care sent out various people to handle everything we needed, carefully following his Primary Care Physician's list. This included an initial consult with Sue and then Danielle the nurse in charge of all the other aides and therapists. I know their names because I had to use them again after my father ended up in the hospital again this time with pneumonia. I didn't have much experience with home health workers when I hired Complete Home Health. However because of my age (mid 50s) I have had too much experience with my friend's parent's aides and assisted living situations. Also I had to oversee aides in Texas for my grandparents. So while I had not personally hired but one aide before (freelance--without an agency--also a friend's recommendation) I do feel able to award those five stars. What sets them apart? First they are very professional. I think perhaps because they are a smaller company, they are on top of each of their clients. They always knew who I was, and who my dad was and which workers were involved in his care. The co-ordinator Jon has a handle on all the clients. Next, the Administrative nurse has a great list of caregivers she can call upon. My father had problems swallowing and was prone to inhalation pneumonia, the therapists helped him learn strategies for eating. Physical therapists taught him to get him up walking again, home assessors came for safety. Further, they took a huge load from my shoulders by communicating with my father's Primary Care Physician at Harvard, so I did not need to still be in charge of all that on top of all the rest I was in charge of. Finally, all the people were loving and I never worried someone would steal from us or hurt my dad. They demonstrated far more patience than frankly, I had left in me. They suggested intelligent solutions to home problems such as different pill containers, cutting back shrubs for ease on stairs, removing certain roll around chairs, etc. They responded Immediately, and were able to be at the house within 4 hours of suddenly learning he was being released from rehab. When I was forced to hire them for out of pocket 24 hour care, they were able to make this far more affordable by charging for blocks of hours. Because we had installed 2 Drop-cams we could see that the 24 hour aides were never more than 20 feet away. This is a fabulous company. Hire them and feel safe. If you are like me, you need it.

Ten minutes later I got a call back from the on call saying I don't understand this but I was told the mom cancelled services. So I questioned the director in EMAIL for privacy. my email was blocked and never a response and can no longer sign in to my message board or cub hub. Services weren't cancelled at this particular case because they are looking for another nurse after I brought up grave concerns of neglect and non compliance and overall filth in the house that should've involved CYS. When I brought this to the office attention I was told do not document that at all. Only email it to them. They are so unethical and unprofessional . I do not recommend the Mechanicsburg office at all. Period
