My father was discharged from a rehabilitation facility and Bayada was contracted for in-home…read morephysical therapy and nursing. After two visits, I had inquired about moving him to my residence temporarily and whether or not Bayada had services for that area. I was very clear that I did not want to terminate services with them, but it was merely an inquiry. I know how hard it is to find nursing services today. A week later (after my dad's physical therapist did not arrive), I inquired and was informed that Bayada had discharged him as a patient to the VNA (who could not provide the necessary services). I spoke with Madeline with Bayada who informed she would need to speak with her supervisor to see what we could do and would call me back. As expected ,I never received a call back. I called several times to speak with her. Each time a message was left and no call back was received. I was very disappointed. A health care company who essentially abandoned their patient and discharged him without any consent. Now I'm left to figure out care on my own. The management of this company should be disgusted with themselves!

I love this place. I posted a review after my aunt had only been here 3 weeks saying how happy I…read morewas with it. My feelings towards this place have only gotten better. My aunt is treated with kindness, respect and dignity. When my family visits, we usually do it pretty early and she is always up, washed well, and dressed. My aunt has been in a few facilities before this one and there is no comparison. The place is always clean (except on the occasion when a patient may have an accident and the smell lingers until they are cleaned up, which they are and pretty fast, but that's every facility). The nurses, aids, case mgr, PT, activities personnel, housekeeping and even the kitchen help are always busy, but never too busy to take the time to help with anything my aunt or our family needs. I know I have read some negative reviews about this place, but they seem old. I know since my aunt has been here, a few months now, I haven't seen anything but caring, compassionate staff. I would list them all by name if I could, but there are so many. I've yet to meet even one rude staffer, never even so much as heard one rude comment. What I see is how good they treat my aunt and they treat all the other patients with just as much kindness. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you, Sachem!!
