I have been struggling with vertigo for about 6 weeks this time and I have been afraid to go back to therapy since I had such a bad reaction to it last time. I went to a vestibular specialist who referred me to National and I decided to give it another try with them. I am SO GLAD I did!! The care that was given... the neck stretch, the way they talked me through each step... and the way the maneuver was done was so different than how it was done other places... and I felt instant relief when it was done. I am going back today for one more as I woke up slightly dizzy... but now I am going feeling excited and believing for the first time in weeks I am getting better! I spent the money to have a private instructor for a limited time in order to increase my strength for the test at the Ambulance Co. My instructor told me she was quitting her job. I felt I had made enough progress to pass my test. She told me she would notify the office that I was thru and did not want any further sessions. The charges continued on my wife's credit card for months without he noticing. When she did notice it I called ELITE Health and Fitness and they said they would look into it. I eventually I spot to the owner and he apologized and told me he would straighten this out. When he eventually returned my calls he offered me some free lessons to make up for it. I told him from the start that I wanted a refund not a credit. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE CENT OF OUR MONEY BACK THAT WAS DUE FOR SERVICES NEVER HAD OR ORDERED. I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES AND GOT NOTHING REFUNDED. ELITE HEALTH and FITNESS TOOK MY STOLE OUR MONEY AND NEVER MADE THIS RIGHT. The own assured me he would take care and give my my refund and stopped taking my calls and ghosted me. This was in excess of $1,000

I love this place. I posted a review after my aunt had only been here 3 weeks saying how happy I…read morewas with it. My feelings towards this place have only gotten better. My aunt is treated with kindness, respect and dignity. When my family visits, we usually do it pretty early and she is always up, washed well, and dressed. My aunt has been in a few facilities before this one and there is no comparison. The place is always clean (except on the occasion when a patient may have an accident and the smell lingers until they are cleaned up, which they are and pretty fast, but that's every facility). The nurses, aids, case mgr, PT, activities personnel, housekeeping and even the kitchen help are always busy, but never too busy to take the time to help with anything my aunt or our family needs. I know I have read some negative reviews about this place, but they seem old. I know since my aunt has been here, a few months now, I haven't seen anything but caring, compassionate staff. I would list them all by name if I could, but there are so many. I've yet to meet even one rude staffer, never even so much as heard one rude comment. What I see is how good they treat my aunt and they treat all the other patients with just as much kindness. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you, Sachem!!

The Nursing Aids were careful and very considerate of all of my needs . My 10 week stay was very pleasant. Will miss all who cared fo me .
